I have several fish tanks and thought this would decrease the amount of time and energy it would take to do my tank clean-up. Currently, I have a 10-gallon and a 29-gallon set up and I have a 60-gallon that will soon be set up. I tried to use this on a decorated 29-gallon tank and it is much too bulky and large to properly use. The current that is made by the spinning brush pulls fish near it, but it didn't pull them into the brush but I was being careful. I think it would have been perfect for a breeding tank or a tank without decor as it is large and it requires plenty of room. It was easy to set up and the instructions were easy to follow. I 100% know that this will be the perfect helper for when I set up my larger tank as there will be more room for it to be used properly. It does have adjustable speeds and the fact that it is rechargeable is great to avoid the clumsiness of electrical cords. it comes with a huge assortment of cleaning heads that will tackle any aquarium cleaning issue you could imagine.

This is very powerful! It definitely scares the fish lol, so I would recommend using it only occasionally - or move the fish out when you do. It has lots of attachment scrubber pieces and brushes, so you have different options for however you want to use it. This would work great for scrubbing lots of things not just fish tanks! It's quite powerful - too powerful for regular use on a tank, in my opinion. It is a bit heavy, but I assume that's due to the powerful motor. Overall, it's a nice scrubber and will clean your tank great - especially if you have an older tank that has been sitting in storage etc. But I would buy this and plan to use it to scrub other things too, to make it worth its cost.

It's listed for cleaning fish tanks/ aquariums for scrubbing algae off the glass. So I don't currently have my tanks set up, I have big tanks and want to get them set back up. So I'm still gathering equipment for this.Personally I only do fresh water, and I never have had an big issue with algae growing in my tanks as I over filter and I use a lot of live plants, I don't set my tanks up where sunlight is on them, I don't over feed my fish, and honestly I don't do weekly water changes. I do maybe a monthly water change and only partial water of less than 25%. So you may be asking how do I have nice clean tanks then? It's the filtration and the plants! And larger tanks are actually easier to get in a balanced healthy state due to the higher water volume. If you have a large algae problem you may want to consider a UV sterilizer filter light. They've come way down in price from when they were first introduced.But on to the scrubber. This is a nice unit, it's heavier than another one I have I use for cleaning. Most all of these things are waterproof. I haven't actually decided if I'm going to use this for my tanks or just general cleaning in my kitchen, washing windows... the other one is used in the bathrooms and where we have a sealed tile floor in the front one. The grout is hard to get clean using a wet swiffer mop thiing just because it's lower than the tile itself. And I'm not using the brushes/pads used to clean the bathroom in my kitchen.I really appreciate the nice long handle on this, I'm a short handicapped woman with a very bad back, so this longer handle will help so I don't have to bend over. Also being able to change the angle of the brush head to get the best possible cleaning. This is simple to charge with the included USB-A to USB-C cord, but a wall plug in is NOT included, which is kinda lame I think. Does the seller think I want this thing sitting beside my laptop on the desk to charge it?It has 2 speeds but I really don't think that fish will enjoy this on high speed in the aquarium LOL. Just remember the turbulance this will make in the water and be careful where and how you use it. It can throw water out the top if you're not careful. You have a wide choice of brushes/scrubbers to choose from to get the perfect cleaning.The listing shows conflicting info on the battery size. It states 2,000 mAh battery and then in a pic it shows 4,000 mAh. However both places say up to 120 min run time. In any case, I'll prob never run the battery down on a continuous cleaning session as my back won't take it LOL. I would point out if your using this in an aquarium it needs to be dedicated to just that. You can't use this with any cleaning products and then go into the aquarium, unless you want to kill your fish as you'll NEVER get all of it out/off of it!I would also point out the listing states this comes with a 2 year warranty!
