This review is for the 7ft Olympic Barbell for Strength Training and Olympic Weightlifting, 500 700 1000LBS Capacity Available, 2 Inch Bar for Squats, Home Gym Fitness Equipment, Bench Press, Deadlift,PowerliftingIt is nice to find a barbell listed as "Olympic" that is actually 20kg/45lbs! The 500# capacity is more than enough for me. I was able to verify the claimed size measurements on the ad were correct (7' long, 20kg, 16" of 2" diameter space for weights). The bearing system allows the weights to spin freely.The knurling is fine. It isn't overly aggressive, so it won't cut into your hands/require gloves, but enough to get a firm/stable grip. The center of the bar is smooth (a real shin saver on deadlifts!).The blue color is well done. It appears to be a powder coat. That should keep the bar rust-free. It seems durable, but only time will tell for sure.Overall, this is a quality barbell that should provide years of quality use. Zero complaints.

This is my third barbell I own and it is now my favorite bar. First off, the blue does look really cool. Second, the ends of the bar spin very nicely but not too much. Next, the grips are really aggressive which I love. For some, it might be too much, but for heavier lifts, you want this. For the price, it matches the quality of my 2 other higher end bars no problem.

This bar is a great pickup for the home gym. It's got a cool blue coating to contrast the black and silver of everything else. It has a nice size sleeve for loading it up with weight and a good easy spin thanks to the bearings inside. The knurling is a medium texture, making it ideal for most applications. It doesn't dig into my hands like aggressive knurling of some bars, but it's definitely there and palpable. I'm super happy with it for lifts, even at 500lbs capacity. It makes a great landmine bar as well! Recommended thus far

This bar came in amazing packaging that was very secure compared to others I have gotten. I love the color. It feels great i the hand. Doesn't bite to bad just right. It is made from high quality durable materials. I weighed it and it is 45.4 lbs. The one I got is only up to 500 lbs. I am fine with that myself. I highly recommend.

I have not been to a gym in over a year and a half, but I remember what the standard of weight lifting barbell feels like, and this is an example of it. This one is rated to five hundred pounds maximum, but it could probably take much more. This bar weighs 45 pounds with not a plate on it. The loading length is sixteen inches on each side. This company may not be a brand name, but this barbell is highly durable and excellent quality, exactly what I was hoping it would be, and while it is not the highest weight limit possible, it is more than enough for most people. If I had use for two barbells of the same kind I would definitely get another, the blue colored handle is a rich and beautiful shade offset by the black loading areas, the bushings are smooth spinning as I would hope from a barbell, the knurling is aggressive for heavy weight lifting, it is a great barbell.
