I used these during Caroline Girvan workouts and I've been searching for the perfect ones. I don't slip on these, even though I just wear socks, and I can adjust the height if needed. They are stable and do just what you'd expect.

This is a nice 3 height squat wedge. It’s nice to be able to change up what type of squats I’m doing.

One of the best investments we’ve made for our home gym. Elevating our heels on anything over a 15lb weight was unstable and painful for the reps-weight we were going for.These are sturdy, there is no slippage of any sort and the best part is the flexibility of having three height options. I would have paid more because it was worth it, but glad I didnt have to. A++++

I really like that the product came in a nice, compact carrier which makes it easy to transport. It’s not too heavy, but is very sturdy. There is definitely a new rubber tire smell, but it is not an overly strong smell. Overall, I am very happy with the product and would definitely recommend.

I love adding heels elevated squats to my workouts and my clients. These are sturdy and your feet do not slip. Easy to take with me for training. They are small enough to transport around but also great for all sizes of feet.

Arrived timely and in good condition. Really helps us do squats and easy to use. There was a slight smell but it’s slowly dissipating. We like that it comes in a carry case - plastic - to take with you or store them away when we are not using them.
