This product came in one day. Marc Wildman, exercise guru, says steel clubs are the best form of exercise. I plan to use the 10-pounder and work my way up to the 45-pounder.

This is an okay club, but the handle is quite heavy considering its overall length.Once I became accustomed to the weight, I was able to add a rubber baseball bat sleeve. This did two things—it added a little bit of weight (~18oz) and shifted the center of mass much further away from my hand. That shift makes it swing much better. I’ve moved on to heavier weights, but this still gets use for warmups and for days when my shoulders feel tight.I’d recommend this to beginners—the price is right, and it is well made.

Solid clubs. Plain all black and look nice. Sold metal without any of that softer covering material which I prefer. They have some texture so if you wear rings when you work out it could scratch them. Double checked them on my bathroom scale and they are 5lb exactly.

I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone having shoulder pain issues. Don’t try to play tough by ordering a heavy weight and start small. You will be surprised how heavy it feels for the amount of weight. I recommend taking a look at Scott Sonnon’s combat sambo clubbell training, he’s the best in this domain. I had a very bad pain issue for almost half a year on my collar bone that prevented me to sleep and my research led me to clubbells and this made my pain go away. When I have any sort of pain in the shoulders, I do a quick clubbell workout routine and the pain goes away.

I just got mine. Packaged well and no damage to the club. Looking forward to another new style of exercising. The first being the Steel mace I got two weeks prior. Like the Mace, the weight is deceiving. I got the 15lb'der. As I'm not twenty or thirty something anymore, this will be a nice addition to my fitness program. Looking for a more functional style of exercising. Kettlebells, Steel mace and now a Steel club. Functional Fitness. I got the hang of this pretty quick, compared to the Mace. This will challenge your muscles. It will work you out well. Outer circles, inner circles, squats and lunges to name a few of the exercises you can do. Too bad there isn't a 20lb'der from this company. I will more than likely get a second 15lb club to have a pair. Great exercise tool.

I just got this thing. I’ve been waiting for it. Yet, with mixed apprehension. I’ve recently had shoulder surgery and have some pretty severe neurological issues going on. So, I wanted something to help me rehab. Issue for me - I’ve been an avid weightlifter for decades and I’m used to heavy weights. When I saw these - I figured they were a little overboard with telling people to get the lighter weights to start. Even so - I figured: I’ve never used these. Although I have a kettlebell. These are different. And - they were right.It was packed well. I will say - I purchased other items also, so it was in a bigger box. Knowing Amazon’s packing- I doubt they’d send it in this little one.Over all A++++. I love this thing. You feel it in your core. It’s just the right weight for me now rehabbing. I see it helping greatly. I got the 5 lb for now. However, I do foresee myself going higher in weight as the days progress.If you’re on the fence. Get one before the prices go up. This company seems to be very competitive and they have the best prices for a real quality item. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I wish I’d done it sooner.This is NOT a paid review.
