Not too expensive, but has a slight squeak when in use? Nothing too crazy, doesn't bother me but some people might be put off by it.

Love this bar. It was a replacement for one that was not curved enough. The grip angle is great on this one and it seems well made. I’ve been using it for about a year. Would recommend.

Wanted to leave a note for this product as I'm very happy with it. I first tried buying a similar bar from Dicks Sporting Goods, but I was so disappointed with it at its price point. It was skinny, made all kinds of noise, just felt cheap. Anyway, I opted for this bar and I love the feel. It's bent in a much more exaggerated fashion than a normal ez, taking a lot of stress off your wrists. The thickness is a deal breaker too. This is a great deal at its piece compared to any Dicks bar

I wanted a basic curl bar that the kids and I could use in the garage. I picked this one because the dimensions, weight, and angles seemed right, the ends were solid, it had clips, and the ends rotate. It arrived in a single rectangular box without any damage. I've used it about a week and am very happy with it. It feels similar to bars I've used in the gym and has bends in the right places. The ends rotate the way they should and the clips are fine. I really like the knurl (ie, the diamond pattern)- it gives a good grip but the pattern doesn't cut into my hands the way my regular bench bar does. The bar feels solid enough that it could hold a lot of weight.
