This will work for people who like to pick things up and put them down. I wish the knurling where you'd hold for skull crushers went a little further. The knurling is as good as most commercial gym bars, but I would call it mild.The ends do spin, but it sounds a little grindy and won't spend endlessly like some high end Olympic weightlifting bars.

Good grip options. Knurling is deep enough to be useful. Can even use them for back squats, the notch fits nicely against my shoulders. Holds the weight I need effectively. Construction meets expectations. Locks are firm but don't make it a pain to adjust weights.The curve makes it spin on my rack when I put it down but it isn't a problem. The plates I use squeak pretty loud when I move the bar but I'm sure oil would help if I cared.Works great for the money.
