Well constructed and balanced bar that works for my short height. Might not be appropriate for anyone over 6 feet or very broad.

This bar is perfect. I got it with some bumper plates and foam pads and the weights fit, knurling is a bit fine, but it hasn’t hurt my hands. It comes with the metal clamps which is very nice too!

Very well constructed and packaged. Worth the cost over the bolted together models.

If you’re not able to do a conventional deadlift for whatever reason, the Titan trap bar is better than doing a sumo deadlift (because sumo is cheating). Good quality, aggressive enough knurling, nice chrome finish. Perfect for my spouse with mobility issues after a car accident and who wouldn’t be caught dead doing a sumo deadlift.

This hex trap bar is great and beats performing traditional dead lifts with an olympic bar. I have both now and it will be good to be able switch it up during leg workouts. Very durable works with my olympic weight plates.

I got this ~ a month ago and have been using it 1-2x/week since. This bar is sturdy, has a good grip, and works as good as any I've used before. Packaging was very secure and the bar came un-scratched or dented. Would absolutely recommend - Best one you can get for the price!

I bought this bar because my lower back was giving me some issues with traditional straight-bar deadlifts. This does the trick. Great for trap work, calves work, deadlifts, etc. Just know that you WILL need to add more weight to the bar than you normally do for straight-bar deadlifts, which brings me to the only downside of this bar: It is short, especially if (like me) you use bumper plates. Their extra width lessens the options for going heavy. I'm no monster, by the way, but it will only handle somewhere in the ballpark of *maybe* 270 lbs. of plates depending on their width. In any case, you can't beat the price and functionality of this bar. Comes with spring collars too. If you're a bruiser, splurge for the extra long Rogue bar. But for most lifters this one should do the trick. Cheers.

I bought this hex bar for my boyfriend, so he wrote this review:The hex bar was delivered 3 days earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. So far, I've used it for deadlifts and it works great. The knurling is pretty fine, which I wasn't used to, but was a welcome change from the thicker, more spread out knurling on my barbell. I feel like my grip is solid and won't slip if my hands get sweaty during a set, so, for me, that alone is worth the price. There is plenty of space to stand inside the bar, although I am 5'10 and only weigh about 155 lbs., so take that into consideration. My Weider plates slide on and off the bar with no issues and the collars that came with the hex bar work perfectly.I didn't notice any rust/discoloration like with other hex bars I've seen, and there aren't any "bad" welds or jagged spots which might concern people - the bar is smooth and solid where it should be smooth and solid.I've only had 225 lbs. on it, so far, but it moves easily and I never felt like it was going to give me trouble or anything. I doubt I'll ever reach the weight limit of the bar, whatever that is, but if you're a more advanced lifter, you might want to read other reviews to get a better sense of what this bar is capable of.Overall, I love the bar and it is a welcome addition to my home gym.
