Has some weight to it :) This is perfect and just what I needed for my home gym. The quality is great and seems to fit all of the weight plates I have.... Doesn't rattle and the plates sit securely. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best curling bars I have ever used!It is a very good-looking curling, not that looks will help my gains I do love the color. No rattling sounds due to lesser quality in the manufacturing process. The knurling is straight and clean. The bearings roll seamlessly.It is one solid product I am very impressed with the overall quality. I weighed it on my digital scale, and it came in at a solid 20 pounds. Awesome curl bar! Absolutely LOVE the true blue coloring of the bar. Not sky, baby, teal or even royal. We're talking a TRUE SOLID BLUE. Almost primary in color. It's epic!As far as a curl bar is concerned, it works! Doesn't rattle, fits my 2" Red Dot Olympic style weight plates and the included spring collars not only slide on with ease but also hold the weight plates in place without slipping. Yes, I turned the bar vertically to test them out. They held.Great addition to the home gym! Can't wait for my next workout. Enjoy!!

Sometimes I do not have time to go to the gym and this has been a great addition for at home. It has been doable for me a few times a week. The quality of this is pretty good too.
