The listing for this item claims that it is extra long, longer even than an original tube so it can be cut to fit etc. It was in fact barely 3ft long. Its not even as long as the one we need to replace, even when we both stretch and pull on it to make it un-accordianed. I do not recommend this as a replacement at all, it is way too short.

I really like this replacement hose, but it is just slightly smaller than the OEM hose that came with my bagger, so it's a bit too tight on the end that goes over the hard plastic chute. I'd still buy it again though. It's nice and flexible, and works well enough. I'll need to shorten it a bit, but that's not a problem.

As you plainly see it’s not a cub cadet. This hose is 8 inches wide and flexes very well with my set up. I’ve used this 3 times so far the first 2 times was a hour at a time.. the3rd time I did a 7.5 acre lot took me 4 hours mowing plus picking up leaves the hose worked out very well thinking about buying another one just for a spare fall isn’t over yet.
