Useful in places where a pump and grinding disposal is needed. This is perfect for below grade or where the sewer line is above the location, like a basement bathroom. Recommended for versatility.

I'm on my 3rd manerator, the other 2 were from different companies 1 was a very popular and expensive one not going to name them. This one here is very quiet compared to the other 2. Great features and serviceable. Only time will tell how long it will last. But at least I have a 2 year warranty I just hope I don't need it. But so far I like this one the best.
