WARNING:
HW-300B is a home-using compact automatic sewage lifting pump for pumping clear waste water (without solid contents) to a nearby outlet where waste water can not be led directly to the sewer system by gravity.
This appliance does not equipped with a macerator and it is exclusively designed for pumping clear waste water (no hard contents) primarily from washbasins, showers, laundry, urinals and sinks located in basements or in areas where sewage system is not available. The liquid temperature should not exceed 45°C, while the pH value should be within the range of 4 to 10.
Do not use the HW-300B to pump strong chemicals or solvents or any objects other than waste water and feces from the sink or toilet. This includes plastic, cardboard, sanitary towels, diapers, hair, tampons, metal objects (such as clips and hair pins), stones, building materials, floor cloths, condoms and etc.

Had to wait 9 days for the thing, not to mention time and money plumbing all the pipes and adapters (you will have to do this). Thing came, hooked it up leak free... doesn't turn on. Complete junk!!!

I purchased the first one for a laundry in the basement that was 7 feet below the sewer line. Installation was easy , although adapting the connection to a 1inch Washer hose was a challenge. It would be an improvement to provide an adaptor . The first one worked for one week,, what a mess. the pump would not turn on. I ordered a replacement, no questions asked and at no charge :) . The replacement shipping WAS NOT Expedited, so I had to wait 8 more days for a product failure. I tested the second one with a hose in the driveway to make sure it came on and off for several cycles. I installed the second one to the washer. It's been 2 weeks now, it seams to be doing what it should. If it continues to work i would recommend it. It is small and compact so it fits easily under the sink.

Small, compact and very versatile, this under sink pump is just what I needed to pump the water from two darkroom sinks I installed that weren't near a floor drain. I'm surprised at how small the unit is compared to the large round, noisy unit I used previously at another location.It's easy to install yourself if you have just basic plumbing knowledge and skills.

This smart size sewage pump is perfect to fit in any corners and under sink spaces, I bought it for my basement shower and wash basin, where the sewage water can not go to the ground sewer line by gravity, and this sewage pump functions pretty well, it is fully automatic and pumps super strong, the noise level is much lower than my Zoller sump pump. The only problem is that it can only pumps sewage water without solid wastes, but this is OK for me because I mainly use it for the waste water sink of the shower and laundry. Installed it in last December and it works flawlessly till now without any maintainanes, I would say it is a reliable product and will last for years. Highly recommended!

This pump is perfectly sized for pumping a laundry sink and washer drain up into a mainline drain. Our basement laundry room has never had a laundry sink , and the washer has drained into the sump pump using an above floor drain pipe. The Homewinner sewage pump is perfectly sized for my application, and compact enough to fit under a laundry sink or inside a cabinet. If you don't plan on connecting a toilet, you don't need a macerator, and this pump is plenty powerful for ejecting liquids into an elevated line.

Due to how my house was plumbed when built many years ago I needed one of these under my bathroom sink. It works exactly as it should and installed quickly and easily even for someone like myself who is far from a professional plumber. I would like to point out that if you need this for a toilet you need to look for a different option this won’t work for you. For a sink i would definitely recommend and I believe you will be pleased
