The bolt broke that you use to install the nutserts with and the broke piece stay in the nutserts so I couldn't you that but sert to install a bolt in, had to go to the hardware store to get a new bolt so I could finish the installation. One of the nutserts wasn't threaded so I wasn't able to use it and that was yet another bolt that I couldn't use to install my running boards.
