Bu markayı ilk kez denedim. Çok güzel bir mürekkep. Rengi, akışkanlığı, kalemden kolay temizlenmesi tam not aldı. En ince kanallı uçlarla bile sorunsuz çalışır.Amazon ise hep aynı. Mürekkebin rengini tutturursa gramajını tutturamıyor, gramajı tutturursa rengini tutturamıyor:))Çok fark etmedi, Midnight Blue da güzel. Tavisye ederim.

I love this ink!. The color is rich, bold, deep and smooth to the touch. Currently used in my Pilot Cocoon with a fine point nib. The flow remains constant, it dries quickly. I don't know if it's water proof I haven't proforma that test. Value? Oh yes! That's why I have to get another bottle before price goes up.

I got one of those repackaged trial sized containers of this ink years ago, but forgot to save the name. I bought several different dark purple bottled inks over the years trying to rediscover this one, but was never as satisfied with those other colors. Lucky for me Ebony Purple is still being made, and is just as pretty as ever!My handwriting favors a super fine nib fountain pen, and with this ink, it looks almost like a completely black ink. But! When you move the paper under good lighting, the ink has a beautiful rich purple sheen. It's like a little surprise that makes flipping through old journals lots of fun.

Not as dark as the ebony purple so more a dark green than a green hue black.Very nice ink in a large bottle

I've been using Private Reserve ink since they were brought out in 2005. No matter the formula or who owns them, they've been very consistent and the color pallette is fantastic. Their inks have excellent flow and as a result, lay down a nice amount of ink. If I ever have a pen that skips, chokes or just doesn't write well with PR inks, it has always been the pen to blame. I loved the DC Supershow Purple color but it's been years since I've bought a bottle. So I landed on the Ebony Purple, thinking there is not way that the color sample under the item's pictures was accurate. And I'm glad I was correct. Such a rich, vibrant and contrasting color in my pens. The attached sample was through my vintage 90s Pelikan M800 with a M nib. Very pleased with it!

Private Reserve has a long and interesting history, and has a reputation for quality inks. This ink is OK, but there are two issues. First the container is plastic rather than glass - I suspect this is something that the new owners are doing as cost control. The original Private Reserve inks came in glass jars. The problem with plastic jars is that the material is fairly thin, so the walls are flexible, which means that the jar is squeezable. That's not good when you are handling a full jar of ink, and I have this fear that the wall is going to shatter and leak ink.The other issue is that this is designated as Ebony Purple, but in fact its essentially black with only the slightest hint of a purple tint. I was hoping for a dark purple as depicted in the color swatches for this ink. Don't know if that's a problem with the way the color swatches are reproduced, or if it reflects inconsistent quality control by the new owners who are manufacturing inks in Europe rather than Indiana.

I purchased Blue Suede looking for an affordable and non-traditional blue ink, but what I got was so much more beautiful than I’d imagined. The bottle is easy to fill from with its large opening, the color is this rich, deep teal blue, but the unexpected part was the sheening which pops up quite regularly in my writing. The photo shown here is with a particularly wet EF nib in a Kaweco Sport on TR paper in a Hononichi Weeks planner, and in almost every bit of writing where the ink pools, I get this beautiful red sheen. I don’t think it’s visible in a drier nib, but it practically lives in this pen, so I wouldn’t know. The one con I will mention is that there was a time when I couldn’t get the lid twisted open. I think it was due to a sudden fluctuation of temperature when temps dropped and caused sort of a suction seal, but a couple days later once it warmed up a bit, it opened fine. Running the entire bottle under some warm water would be a quick solution if this happens to you. Never had that happen with other bottles, but it might be because of their smaller surface area or just because a smaller top is easier to grip and apply force. Not enough to deduct any stars - just providing the info in case it happens to you. Another potential con is that all the Private Reserves that I’ve used have bled heavily through cheaper copy and composition-type paper. However, those types aren’t actually made for fountain pens and an ink that works well on them is a bonus and not a requirement so again no stars deducted.

Private Reserve makes great inks. Their Black Cherry works really nicely with a medium or broad nib. I can't say about fine or extra fine -- I don't have any of those. The ink is a little wet, not gushy. Lovely.

I was looking for brown to dark brown ink. When I read the reviews that this color, vampire red, was more brown/dark brown than red, I knew this was what I wanted. As it turns out, it is. I am very happy with the ink thanks to the reviewers.

This is a great ink, free flowing and a very attractive color (Tanzanite). Great value for money and works well in all my pens. However, the bottle is truly awful. When you open it ink sprays everywhere and there is a lot of bleeding around the top.The only way to love this is to transfer to a different ink container. Please, please use a better bottle. Charge another $1 it would still be fantastic value for money.
