The radio looks great; however, it randomly disconnects for a few minutes or my entire commute. I don’t understand why and I hate the thought of having to remove the dashboard 😞😖. Also, my callers can barely hear me if I use the CarPlay when talking - I usually transfer to speaker for sound improvement.

This 2014 Wrangler upgrade is impressive. Its large touchscreen is clear and visible, even under bright sunlight. This makes navigation easy. It integrates with Apple and Android phones, giving realtime traffic navigation. If you're offline, it does offline navigation with its GPS as well. The audio sounds better than the old radio. Even though it can stream music, it includes a radio tuner so you can still get local stations.

Bought for my 2013 Wrangler Sport to replace the stock radio. Quality is excellent. Installation, once you wrap your head around everything, was not bad at all. Radio is loaded with options and tweaks and to my biggest surprise all of the functions in my Jeep work perfectly with it including all steering wheel buttons. Beyond happy with this stereo. I will note that I bought the 2+32 cheaper model so the only thing that I’m a little bummed out about is I cannot get AM stations for my sports radio news and shows. Apparently you need the 4+ model or higher. Wish I would have known that but overall super happy with it. And it LOOKS GREAT in the Jeep. If you’re looking for something to replace the junk stock radio that won’t break your wallet, this is definitely it.

We got this to replace the OEM radio in my daughter’s 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK. The radio came with everything needed to swap it out and it fit perfectly! The screen is very big and looks so pretty in the jeep. My husband said he was pleasantly surprised at how it easy it was to replace. She says it works great, Bluetooth pairs to her phone without any issues and all her apps are at her fingertips! We are very happy with the quality of this radio.

This stereo for Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-2018) offers a 10.1-inch HD touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, enhancing connectivity and convenience. The IPS display ensures good visibility, but screen brightness could be an issue under direct sunlight. Running on an Android-based system with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage, it allows for app downloads and customization, though performance may lag with multiple tasks or heavy applications. The Bluetooth integration enables hands-free calling and music streaming, while the built-in GPS supports offline navigation, making it suitable for road trips and off-road adventures. However, GPS signal reception may vary, depending on the antenna placement.Installation is designed for Jeep Wrangler JK models, ensuring a good fit, but some users may require additional wiring harnesses or professional installation for a seamless setup. Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto eliminate cable clutter, offering a smoother user experience, but some older devices may require wired connections, and wireless pairing may occasionally lag. The stereo supports factory steering wheel controls, enhancing ease of use, though backup camera integration may require additional adapters. The sound quality is decent for stock Jeep speakers, and the unit allows external amplifier support, but it lacks advanced audio tuning features like a built-in equalizer, limiting customization for audiophiles. For Jeep owners looking for a modern, affordable infotainment upgrade, this unit delivers core functionalities like navigation, Bluetooth, and smartphone integration without breaking the bank. However, power users expecting a high-performance system may find the 2GB RAM limiting, especially for multitasking. While the touchscreen and software provide a user-friendly experience, occasional wireless connectivity issues and installation complexity could be drawbacks for some buyers. Overall, it’s a solid choice for casual users who prioritize wireless connectivity and a large display, but those needing faster performance and deeper audio customization should explore higher-end alternatives.

The touch screen is clear, the operation is smooth and easy, and the picture quality is also great. The wireless CarPlay and Android Auto functions are convenient. After connecting the phone, navigation, listening to music, and answering calls can be easily done, and there is no need to rely on the phone holder. The Bluetooth connection is also very stable, and the sound quality is significantly improved. Listening to music while driving has become a kind of enjoyment. The GPS navigation function is very accurate, the positioning speed is fast, and the route planning is also very reasonable. For me who likes self-driving tours, it is simply a magic tool. After installation, the entire center console looks more modern, which completely improves the interior grade of the Wrangler. The installation process is a little complicated. Although the instructions are detailed, if you don’t have a little knowledge of automotive electronics, you may still need to find a professional to help.

All of the plug & play wiring is accounted for and I'm looking forward to the bigger screen without losing the OEM steering wheel controls and the GPS functions. I haven't found a solution yet for satellite radio beyond streaming from my phone but will keep looking. Adding the reverse cam will be a bit of a chore but I've not had it in this Jeep so it's a plus. The only thing I had to measure a few times to be sure of is the actual screen placement. The seller's photos show the screen partially blocking the two center vents and covering the window controls. It's a lot of stuff to undo, in the JK it means pulling 2/3rds of the dash apart to pull the OEM head unit out. The first thing before wiring is making sure this fits. I'll be back.
