The car play unit has issues, but service will help you so much. They respond super quickly and will figure out a solution to help you. I can recommend this store, as for the unit I may have just gotten a bad one.

Fairly easy to install. Most components work well but not all are intuitive. Still can’t get the backup cam to work.
