Worked great on my 2018 RAM 1500! pretty easy install. If you are handy, this was a 3 out of 10(10 being the hardest)Hardest part was removing the truck panel. The rest was a breeze

like many with the uconnect my 18 ram had the delamination issue and i put it off for a few years until it got to bad with the random selections. so replaced it with one of these imported offerings.the 1st start after install it turned on fine but did not have all the same selections as the original, it did not have the ram logo, did not have SXM button, did not have backup camera and other selections, but radio played.3rd start up just white lines, i tried the reset by pushing the volume and tune buttons, but no go, so disconnected batterys for awhile and restarted, and it started fine and even had the original options like ram logo, sxm button and all the other things my truck originally had. so i was happy it was working properly.its been a few weeks since install and the majority of the time it turns on fine like it should, but sometimes it will do the black screen or white lines. if you turn it off and let it sit for awhile and turn it on it will be fine.im not sure if its the screen or a low voltage issue. while im not happy it does this sometimes, it does not happen all the time, its tolerable as even if the black screen comes up it will still play music, and i can go to other stations, i just dont know what station its on.the glitch does not appear to effect the hvac controls. so i would say if you get the black screen try disconnecting the batterys for awhile and giving it a few trys or few days to see what it does before just sending it back.

Screen works great, was pretty easy to replace. I did have it go black on a short road trip. Once I got to my destination I pulled the battery to reset everything and the screen came back. Other than that it's been working great, visuals seem to be sharper than the stock screen.

Product works perfectly, was easy to install after watching a YouTube tutorial, and is better than the original screen that came with the vehicle. The price point is great considering what I would have spent to have a dealer fix the issue.

Uconnect wanted me to take my 2018 Jeep Renegade to the dealer to diagnose the screen, this on a known delaminating issue. The dealer wanted $180 to diagnose the visible bubble. With the $20 off coupon this replacement screen was $149. I watched several YouTube videos which really helped. Be ready to deal with a lot of dripped glue on the bottom of the screen when you take out the old one. Take your time go slow and it will go fine, 45 minutes for me. The new screen works great, it's brighter and sharper than the old one. All the controls work great like new, the navigation works etc. If you are tired of dealing with ghosting problem this is a good solution, I can't vouch for how long it will last but for the price it is worth it.

Like everyone else here, I ran into the infamous delamination of the screen in my 2018 Ram 1500. I put off doing anything about it for a year or two, but it just kept getting worse. There are many tricks out there on YouTube, but ultimately, I wanted it done right, so I did a lot of research and found this screen. The installation was pretty simple, but make sure you find some YouTube videos on how to do it. That was really helpful. I had someone help me with the install and I would recommend doing so because the extra set of hands is key. We were able to complete the install in less than an hour. I honestly think this screen is better than the factory one. It is bright, clear and repsonsive to touch. I love having it right. I've had this installed for about a month now, but I will update this review if I ever run into any issues, but as of now, I'd highly recommend.

This item did not work for us, but there is nothing wrong with the product. Our situation was the UConnecct software itself. The screen installed perfectly and worked for a few days. Then we got the distorted screen again. UConnect could no longer perform updates. Was installed on a 2015 Ram Big Horn. Again, no issues with screen. If you have a cracked screen and not a software issue, this will be perfect.

I purchased this for my 2018 Ram 1500. Worked great until you remote start the vehicle, any time the vehicle was started this way the screen would stay black. This was fixed by disconnecting the battery and reconnecting. Received a replacement unit that fixed the remote start issue, but now the screen displays static. Do not waste your time or money!
