Excellent value and performance. I've had a couple of these Android based car stereos and have to say that will I had faith in the ability of Android to host audio functionality however until now I'd not found one that I really liked. It seems as if device manufacturers depended on the novelty of the operating system instead of focusing on usability and stability. I've seen units where the, controls were so close to the screen edge it was near impossible to use. It looks cool and has all the bells and whistles we have grown to expect. I also like using these mobile sound systems in industrial environments such as my workshop. It is significantly more robust than any home based system and provides industry standard connectivity and simple operation.

THE WIFES TRUCK STEREO WAS IN NEED OF A UPGRADE AND THIS WAS THE WAY TO GO. GOOD QUALITY . SOUNDS GREAT. WAS EASY TO INSTALL AND SHOULD LKAST A LONG TIME. FUNCTIONALITY IS GREAT AND EASY TO USE . GOOD BUYU FOR THE MONEY

Adding streaming music is so nice. The radio reception doesn't seem quite as strong as the old unit, but it's close. With streaming, it doesn't bother me at all. The screen is pretty small at 7 inches, but they made it as large as they could since there isn't much room in the radio spot in a Silverado.

I always have WAZE on and listen to Amazon music- do this works great for that. Nice little head unit- maybe not the fastest and could benefit from an external amp- but great for the cost.

This Car Stereo Radio for my Chevy Silverado is an incredible upgrade! The 7-inch IPS touchscreen is vibrant and responsive, making it easy to navigate through apps, media, and navigation. 05 - 06 equinox has a completly different harness. Awesafe customer service was GREAT in understanding my frustration and I let them know they need to update the item on amazon. They also gave me a refund for my troubles. I still would recomend this item because I put it in my 2008 GMC acadia and works GREAT.

Unit it's self is awesome. AT first I thought I lost a few of my OEM features, but that's only because the instructions were majorly lacking in details and some miss wording. Don't forget to install the item they call the reversing radar, "I thought what the heck is that, oh I don't need that" Turns out it's your reverse proximity alarm and turn signal chirper. If they had labeled it so I guarantee no one would dismiss installing this item like I did my first go around. 2 days after installation my kids finally mentioned they had no sound coming from the rear speakers, so out came the unit again. There is a note in the instructions that if you have no sound from rear speakers to apply option 1 and 2 but then there is nothing labeled or explained as option 1 or 2 anywhere in the instructions so your just left scratching your head. At the end of the instruction in bold it says "if you have any more questions please contact me" but there are no included email on phone number to contact anyone. I had looked up schematics and located where the source wires in the oem harness are for the rear speakers and pulled the unit again, prepared to cut and splice wires. As I'm thumbing through the output wires from the head unit to separate the rear output wires I notice a single wire with a tiny label that says "if no sound cut wire" There is no mention of this wire anywhere in the instructions and I think, well I do have sound, just not in the rear so this must not apply to my problem. But then I thought why not try it, cut one wire or cut and splice 4. So I cut it then powered the unit back up and voila I had sound from my rear speakers. The unit it's self is awesome. The screen is nice and bright and easy to see during the day. Love the new connectivity options. Massive upgrade over the factory unit. The kids swear the audio quality with this unit is noticeably better. Solid 5 out of 5 from me for the unit. 1 out of 5 stars for the instructions. If the instructions were worded better and complete with the information I stated it would have saved me a lot of time and headache. These guys need to seriously overhaul the instructions as they are incomplete and will leave a lot of people that are unable or unwilling to troubleshoot thinking they received a defective unit.
