I had the magic box 2.0 prior to this one. It crashed all the time it wasn’t fully compatible with my vehicle so I had to reset it all the time to make it work and customer service did nothing for me. I bought this and it’s faster doesn’t crash and works flawlessly.

Love the Binize media box. Have had it for a month now and no issues with freezing or load. Very smooth and quick response time, loads up in seconds and compact. Kids love watching YouTube and videos on the go. Customer service has been fantastic. I had a question regarding the box, and the response time was very fast and helpful. They also followed up with me to make sure everything is going well with the product. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for wireless aa aswell as expanding their capabilities of their car head unit.

I know it seems kind of expensive but this thing is well worth the cost! It basically turns your infotainment screen into a tablet. You can use your cell phone hotspot or vehicle WiFi easily and download all of the major apps. Great for all of your streaming services and will keep yourself as well as passengers entertained for hours on roadtrips.

We bought this item to use in our 2023 Toyota Tundra and we have been so pleased with it. It’s small and once connected it automatically syncs with CarPlay and makes it so simple. We are able to watch YouTube videos, Netflix and Paramount Plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy. Also, I asked a question to the customer support team which they responded to right away and helped me out. 100% satisfied!

Initially I was skeptical about how well this product would work. I was incredibly wrong! I simply plugged it into my USB support, connected my Bluetooth and Wi-Fi via hotspot and it started working immediately. I downloaded Netflix, Amazon prime, HBO Max and everything streamed flawlessly.About a year and a half after my initial purchase I decided to do a firmware upgrade up grade and I contacted support. They communicated via WhatsApp and the support was literally one of the best I've ever experienced in my life. They made it super easy to accomplish the upgrade. It has been worth every penny, do not waste your time with other knockoffs!

Works amazing. Even better than described. This thing transformed my 2024 F-150 Lightning electric truck. I can play call of duty mobile etc with the xbox controller, Netflix etc. Super fun and well worth it.

I bought this unit at the end of 2022. I installed it relatively quickly although it's Android-based and I'm an Apple user, so I struggled a bit to understand the system. That's just a fair warning to Apple-only users to give themselves a few more minutes. My issue wasn't installing it but rather trying to figure out how to have the unit automatically reconnect itself to my phone's hotspot every time I used it. I can manually reset the connection but it takes a few minutes. This should be automatic once the system is properly set up. Enter tech support. Keep in mind that in the USA there is a 12-hour time difference so responses are delayed for that reason. They do however respond quickly aside from that issue. So bantering communications and ideas can easily hew up a week or more to get a resolution. Binise was able to provide me a firmware created to resolve the issue which has yet to be tested but I am confident in them having a fix with the latest firmware. Kudo to their support team. Also, just as important is the fact the unit works as advertised. You can fully realize a touchscreen experience for all streaming services. I was not able to get it to connect to my home server NAS via Plex fully though but YouTube, Netflix, prime, and Pandora worked great on my 2019 GMC Denali truck. Boy, that makes traveling much, much more pleasurable with this Binize steaming interface player. Pretty darn quick too!

Updated a month later and knocking off 2 stars.Updating after new unit adding one starNew unit is locking onto GPS much better than the last unit. I've only had two incident where it didn't lock on and usually unplugging it and replugging it fixed it.---------------25% of the time my unit can't lock onto a GPS signal. I moved my unit to my car dash to make sure it was a related to the location of the unit. All my other cell phones have no problem locking on to the satellites but this unit struggled. I had this happen on cloudy days and clear days. I order a replacement hoping it's just limited to this one unit. Also be very careful with sticking something to the bottom of the unit like two sided sticky tape. The bottom is very weakand if it's sticky enough it will pull the bottom right off of the binize box. I attached to photos showing it got zero reception with my phone had no issues. Both were on my dash.AT&T prepaid and Usmobile (Verizon and T-Mobile) SIM cards all works on this. Verizon prepaid SIM card did not work.------I love this Binize so far. It works with my Att prepaid sim. Att did send me a text saying this device isn't compatible with their service but I removed the SIM and put it back in and everything seems to be working fine. I was able to make calls and browse the internet.There is a nice feature that you set a default app when it boots up the unit. I set my Tomtom app as the default app and every time it boots up it loads the Tomtom Go Nav app! I am so used to having a Navagation map always up when the car loads and this is a great feature for me.

nothing to like about, it would take a while to start in my car, sometimes it would not even start I am not sure, but the software and apps were super laggy and very slow, the 4gb should be enough to support the apps to work properly, but it is very slow, sometimes the app would crash and close on me and I would have to start all over again.update: service is responsive but product is not.
