Product fits great in 2014 Nissan Altima S. CarPlay works as it should. Good upgrade from stock radio. The installation was easy. However, the directions it brings is confusing. I had to watch YouTube videos of other similar upgrades to figure out the cable set up.The only problem I currently have is not being able to watch YouTube, as it comes already installed, so wanted to try out. The WiFi connection to phone works, but in apps, says to reconnect.Overall, it works great. Definitely recommend for the price.

Game-changer for my daily commute. CarPlay makes everything safer and simpler. The stereo looks sleek and blends well with the car. Even my passengers love using it. Five stars from me.

I got this car navigation system for my daughter because the radio in her car had completely stopped working. She really likes it, especially the large touchscreen, which makes it so much easier to use while driving. I had my son install it, and the package came with plenty of wiring and connectors, seemed like everything was there for a full self-install. It’s slimmer than her old system and has a solid navigation setup that should make driving a lot safer. It also pairs up nicely with both iPhones and Androids, and I love that it comes with an offline map feature—definitely a bonus.

Installation of this head unit, was very easy. The harness had all of the connections, and it was pretty much plug and play. Do note that if you want to use the reverse camera, you will need to do at least three splices: power signal to the head unit, power+ground for the camera, and the reverse light power (red and blue wire on the taillight harness). Do note that this installation also replaces the upper vent piece, so you will need to transfer over the two vents and the hazard light switch, which just pop out. You will lose the passenger airbag on/off light, so take note if it is required for inspection.Once installed the head unit works very well. Response is not the quickest - there is a slight delay and occasional stuttering. This is basically an Android tablet as the head unit, as you can install most Android apps onto the head unit.Where this head unit works best is running either Android Auto or Apple Car Play. Setting up Apple Car Play is very easy - just connect you iPhone via Bluetooth and plug in the phone via USB for the initial setup. After that, wireless Apple Car Play is available and works quite well. As for Android Auto, there are a few more steps needed, and an app needs to be installed, but after the initial setup, wireless Android Auto also works great. The backup camera is fine - not the best resolution but is good enough. The camera itself has the reversing grid overlayed and unfortunately cannot be adjusted. The radio reception was about the same as the OEM radio. The audio quality was a bit of a miss and is just so-so - honestly not as good as the OEM radio sound quality. Fortunately, there is an equalizer app where you can adjust the sound. The whole setup is quite attractive, however there is a bit of a gap between the top of the radio panel and the dashboard. Also - piano black plastic = fingerprint magnet.Overall, aside from a couple of misses, this is a great replacement radio and an excellent way to get Android Auto/Apple Car Play for your 5th generation Altima.

I recently upgraded my 2013 Nissan Altima with the Android 13 Car Radio system, and I must say, it’s an absolute game-changer! With its sleek 10.1-inch touchscreen display, this unit not only enhances the look of my car’s interior but also dramatically improves my driving experience.Design and Display: The 10.1" screen offers a sharp 1280 x 720 resolution that’s bright, clear, and responsive to touch. The display size is perfect for navigating apps, GPS, and controlling music without taking up too much space on the dashboard. Whether it's direct sunlight or at night, the screen is easy to read and highly visible, which is something I really appreciate when driving.Performance: With 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, the system runs smoothly and quickly. It handles apps, music, and navigation without lag or delays. The inclusion of Android 13 is a big plus, ensuring that I have access to the latest features and app compatibility. It’s snappy and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through various settings and options.Carplay & Android Auto: One of the standout features is the seamless integration with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Connecting my phone is effortless and allows me to access apps, calls, messages, and music right on the screen. Whether I’m using Google Maps or Spotify, it feels just like using my phone, but much safer and more convenient while driving.Backup Camera: The included backup camera is a fantastic addition. The camera quality is impressive and provides a clear, wide-angle view of what's behind me, making parking and reversing much easier. The image appears promptly on the screen without lag, which is vital for safety.Connectivity: WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 ensure a fast, stable connection to both the internet and other devices. I’ve noticed faster streaming speeds, and Bluetooth pairing with my phone is super quick. The ability to mirror my phone to the screen using Mirror Link is another bonus, as it lets me display any app or content from my phone onto the radio.GPS Navigation: The GPS functionality is fantastic. It supports real-time navigation via Google Maps or any compatible app, and the accuracy is spot-on. The large screen makes it easy to see maps, directions, and traffic updates without having to squint or take my eyes off the road for long.Steering Wheel Controls (SWC): Another convenient feature is the steering wheel control (SWC) compatibility. I was able to retain full functionality of my Altima’s existing steering wheel controls, allowing me to change songs, adjust volume, and pick up calls without needing to touch the screen. This makes driving even safer and more intuitive.Overall Impression: Overall, this Android 13 Car Radio system has significantly improved my driving experience. The large, responsive touchscreen, smooth performance, and seamless integration with my smartphone are just a few of the reasons I’m thrilled with this upgrade. Whether you’re looking for a modern, functional, and tech-savvy car stereo or just need a more user-friendly system for your Nissan Altima, this unit delivers everything you need and more. It’s definitely worth the investment!

Finally I am able to update my car stereo and I love how it looks. I was worried about the installing and fit but the installation wasn’t to terrible and it fit well. I love how sleek it makes my car look. The bluetooth connects quickly without any issues as well as the CarPlay. The sound quality is good too. If you dont want to spend a fortune to update your car radio this one is a good option.
