I have had this product for exactly 33 days and it’s has already stopped working. The Bluetooth will not connect to the CarPlay so there is no way I can see my map. For a $600+ product i this is Unacceptable if I could give 0 stars I would and I will be seeking a refund. BS

Definitely recommend seller, excellent communication very rapid response to some issues I had and they quickly resolved it. Screen works as it should, has all the features i had with my oem head unit 2015 f150 King Ranch, it even has the massage feature and ambient lighting. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Don’t hesitate in buying from this seller

Not that great won't connect wired car play. The climate controls are all digital and do what ever they want very hard to control. Going back to original factory stereo. It's kind of crap

Had a problem with the radio in my 2019 F150 XL and the dealer wanted almost $1000 to replace the basic radio with no BT or phone connection. Bought the 12.1 inch Car Radio Stereo for Ford F150 2015-2021 and watched a couple of YouTube videos. The product came with everything but the 7mm wrench to loosen the screws. Removed the screws, trim, and the original bezel and plugged up the new screen and bezel and everything worked. Android auto is not part of the operating system but there is an app, TLINK5 that will interface like Android auto to your phone. I can now make phone calls, receive texts, and use the apps on my phone for music. All of this for much less than $1000 for a replacement radio only. I did accidently delete the TLINK5 app but the seller responded quickly with a link to replace it. Bottom line is that I love it and should have done it sooner. Great upgrade to the work truck.

This product is a very nice large 12.1in HD touchscreen car radio stereo that is compatible with the make & model vehicle truck, Ford F-150 for the years 2015-2021. The car radio is compatible with both Android Auto & Apple CarPlay & can be connected to your phone via Bluetooth connectivity. You can play music through Bluetooth, hands free calling/messaging, GPS navigation or you can download applications when connected to WiFi which the radio has 4GB RAM + 64G ROM & runs on the Android 13 operating system. I found that not a lot of reviews mentioned anything about the AC. My truck is a ford f150 xl ecoboost. I don't have climate control or auto start. the AC knobs and touchscreen works perfectly. plug and play. No adjustments needed. No instructions were included but thanks to good old youtube, i was able to do it in about 2 hours (taking my time). it definitely add flair to my truck now. I used to have the base 4in screen. what a difference!

Everything is amazing except for my mic quality when making calls. No where in the instructions show microphone jack

It looks complicated to install but found a video that made it easy. Everything works correctly. Nice unit.

For most people this is probably great. If you basically just care about CarPlay it definitely works well and the thing looks really nice. The utility of it is just severely lacking, though. Using the climate control is just difficult (opening it on the screen, having to slide over to the heated seats, etc.) hard buttons are way easier. The climate control also doesn’t really work… the auto setting is completely pointless and doesn’t work at all. It seemed like the back seat vent never worked, but maybe I just had something messed up. What REALLY got me though was that the dual climate control also trip was switched. So the driver side was inverted - I had to turn the heat up for AC and down for heat. So literally the temperature was upside down. But the passenger side was normal. What? So if you turned on dual then one would be hot and the other cold. I tried to change settings and stuff but couldn’t figure it outThe settings are basically useless. You really can’t change anything at all and you lose 100% of the oem settings in the truck. There are screens to change the settings, but they don’t actually change anything. The software simply isn’t built specifically for F150s, it’s all generic and you have to select what type of operating system for which make of car, but Ford isn’t even listed. It has options to change things (ambient lights, auto close doors, parking assist, blind spot monitoring,) but none of the strings actually change a thing. And all of the settings are there no matter what options your truck has. So if you don’t have front collision detection the setting is still there, but you can still change the settings, which proves that it doesn’t actually do anything or even know your car.So again; if you just like a big screen and CarPlay then it’s great. If you’re more of a geek like me and want a lot of functionality then this is NOT for you.Install was intimidating and took a while at first, but I took it in and out a few times and could do it in probably 5-10 minutes now. Top: press your brake pedal and move the shifter lever to the rear. It gives you way more space to work. And I just sat on the center console; trying to do it from the driver seat was a pain.Last tip: polarized sunglasses make the screen hard to see, so either don’t wear sunglasses or wear really cheap ones that aren’t polarized
