Needed this to put another hard drive when not having enough space in the case. Works well enough but does stick out a little bit, not a huge deal but may not bode well for those that are OCD for the perfect case look.

I used this in a Dell office PC case to I was up fitting. I needed room for more drives and for 2.5" drives. This worked perfectly and fit right into the 5.25" bay.

The tray fits in CD tray and 1x 3.5 hdd fits on the under space and 2x SSD 2.5 upper space, that's more clean than just put your Storage disk everywhere or the basic disk tray when you need space. For picture I will update soon, but the plastic... Go easy with.. that's not thick plastic.. It could bend if you going too hard with and mine is missing one slot for screwing the HDD.. But it's okay, I can live with it. I only suggest if you don't see anything better.

It seems like this type of bracket/adapter would have been a no brainer back in the early to mid-2000s. But for some reason, they all but disappeared. This device works as it suggests. Somehow fitting up to six 2.5" drives to the frame. Icy Dock options are too expensive. And if you don't need hot swap, there are very few other choices... not any as far as I could find.By default, you can fit 2x 15mm drives in the lower bays side-by-side. You may need to play with assembly to make them fit, but I was able to get some Optane drives in. You will not get more 15mm drives in here unless you are willing to modify things, and even then, you may need some wiggle room in the chassis, vertically. The front panel design is rather poor. There are no vents - just an ugly logo (you can easily sand off with some wet paper or a block). But the worst part is the strange, beveled shape that just doesn't work with the front of most chassis. It leave a gap which... I guess could allow for some passive air flow? I cannot fathom that it was intended. The plastic mounts are floppy and brittle. Be careful, as a drop from low height while empty can break it. Super glue with gel control saved me, there!Once all drives are in, it feels much more sturdy.Still, I did not feel safe putting drives in with no airflow, especially some spare Optane 900p drives. There are 30mm 5v fans sold for Pis that can fit up front. So, after a little measuring, drilling, sanding, and cutting, I had three fans set into the front to blow some air over things. I cut a fan dust mesh to cover the front and attached it all with nylon M3 nuts and bolts. Not pretty, but it will work, and do better than nothing. In the end, if you have an odd use case or just want to do a scrap build (as I did), then this is a pretty reasonable choice. The price is good, and it's "easy" to mod.If they went back to the drawing board, however, this design is begging for improvement. It could be so much more versatile, overall.

This is a simple but very useful gadget. It allowed me to mount 2 SSDs in a 5.25 inch slot. In fact, it can mount up to 6 SSDs if you have enough power connectors, or 2 SSDs and a 3.5 HDD if you want.It fits in the 5.25 slot perfectly. It is made of plastic, but I don't care - it's only going in once and it was sturdy enough. it came with a enough screws for all combinations. It did have the name Olmaster printed on it, but I don't care because its going on a file server under a desk.As long as you can live with the plastic and the stenciled name, it does what its supposed to do. A niche product, but sometimes its just perfect.

Great way to fit a bunch of 2.5s. Has a curved front so might look a bit goofy if you have a flat case, but mine is in the basement anyway.

I'm a little annoyed that the one I received has a brand name printed on the front, while the product photos show a blank front. I sanded off the logo and painted the faceplate black.

This is a godsend for older smaller pc that you want to add ssd to or need to add more hard drives than what your case will accommodate. I had an older case and I remove the hdd bay so my monster graphics card will fit. This was the perfect solution.

I like the form factor of this product, but wasn't aware when purchasing that it was plastic. As far as the actual functionality goes, it didn't come with many different types of screws that were optimized for HDD use, and it also has strange mounting placements, which made installation aggravating and difficult. The product I got also had a white brand name printed on the front, which I found annoying (as it wasn't shown in the product image) and ended up having to cover up with some electrical tape.
