I tried it on a white ceramic mug, after laser marking and removing the paper, there is nothing left on the mug, totally useless.

Use:I'm still very new to laser engraving. I have a XTool D1Pro 10W laser engraver with the rotary attachment. I have been wanting to engrave on glass, stainless steel, and do some cups for family. I purchased this paper to see what kind of results I could get from it.Pros:- Easy to use: This is very easy to use. Cut the paper to size, soak in water (I used a small dinner plate), apply to the product, use the included squeegee to remove air, dry, and then laser.- Results: I tested it on some polished stainless steel with amazing results! I forgot to take a picture, but it looked amazing! Next, I tested it on a glass spaghetti jar that I saved for coins. It etched the glass pretty good. Then I tested it on one of my insulated cups. It turned out pretty good on there as well.Cons:- Color: On the glass, you can see the etching, but it is faint. I am still really new to this, so I may need to just adjust the laser to get the desired outcome. Still nice, but definitely needs some work.- Packaging: I found the packaging to be difficult to pull the paper out. It looked like the paper was stuck to the plastic packaging. I ended up having to cut the plastic to get the paper out.Summary:For a beginner, I think this is a pretty good deal. I found this paper to be easy to use with some pretty good results the first go around. On stainless steel and my insulated cup, I think it did great! I'm still figuring out the glass, so take my comment with a grain of salt, but I couldn't get the dark black that I was going for on it. Overall, however, I'll be buying this again!

I was creating shot glasses for my son’s wedding and was having issues getting consistent black color. This product solved that issue. I still had to dial in the settings on my laser but I got a consistent color all the way through
