I bought it for my son as a gift and he loves it

Bought as a Christmas present for my husband and he loves it. He’s engraved glass bottles, wood and stone.

The description plainly states that the unit has Bluetooth capabilities and it does not. Returned a unit thinking it was mistakenly sent, waited two weeks for a replacement which never arrived. Amazon rep suggested canceling the order and repurchasing it which I did and the “new” unit did not have Bluetooth and is being returned. A waste of over 1 month’s time trying to obtain what was advertised.

This product does come from overseas so it took longer then usual to receive it. It's pocket size with all the accessories. It all fits into the case. Decent power to do good engraving. Easy to use.

This is a great product. I would purchase it again however I wish that you could order specific parts for it. There is a pen that you have to use before you put in the burr and tighten it and I lost it pretty quickly and there was no back up for it so you have to purchase a whole new set if you happen to lose that one piece so that’s the only criticism I would give but it worked great it did exactly what it said it would.
