Exactly the type of engraving tool I was looking for. I think I have engraved most things that can-be engraved in my home by now, but this tool works great for jewelry making and many other projects as well. I’m sure you will find an attachment to fit your needs, as there are a variety attachments included. I have not had a chance to try out any of them on wood, but I am excited to do so. Very easy to change out attachments, turn off/on, switch speeds. Easy to hold as a left handed person. Not too heavy and not too light either; there is a little weight to it. I would recommend this to any level of experience. Instructions are clear.

This product is horrible! I was really looking forward to crafting with the new engraver. The directions to use it and also to put it together are very vague. Even the part to charge it is wrong. The directions do not state anywhere on how to use it. So it is pretty much a try and fail type of situation. The first thing I tried to use it on was Stone and glass . But was horribly disappointed when the only thing I could get it to engrave on was wood. Even when they advertise that you could use it on your nails the only time you can use it on your nails is when you're trying to grind your nail literally off. Don't waste your money or your time!

Great device. Portable and works great. It has power to do his job. I like the fact that it has multiple settings and includes stencils. USB rechargeable is great. Controlling is easy as well. At some level it gives me good precision. Other tools are good, but this one is economical for engraving with good quality.
