I bought two sets as I needed 3 pair. Im using these taped to the underside of an aluminum plate which my three batteries sit on, installed in a tray mounted underneath the van. The heating pads are activated by a temp relay. I performed bench testing in free air and the pads reached 150degF +/- 12deg. These are very small pads however, the heat spreads uniformly across the plate. I also tested them in a series parallel configuration for lower wattage consumption and they still worked well just not as I would prefer for my application. Looking forward to real world testing outdoors.
