Roughly the same size as the OEM parts, but clearly not OEM. Nylon is slightly larger aperture, and the washer is slightly smaller than the OEM part. Also doesn't have the 10166 part number on the washer. Not recommended as it doesn't do the job in Moen tub spout.

I was having an issue that whenever I pulled up on the shower diverter handle on my Moen tub spout, only a small amount of water would flow to my shower head. It was actually happening in all the bathrooms that had a tub shower. This product worked great and if you are a little handy, you can take care of this problem yourself in only a few minutes and save big $$.Please see the attached pictures and follow these simple steps and you should be good to go.1. Remove the “Moen Cup Seal and Diverter Gate” by using a flat tip screwdriver( https://amzn.to/40Ckx3g ) or small snap ring pliers ( https://amzn.to/40Ckx3g ) to spread the plastic fork on the diverter gate and then pull up on the shower diverter valve handle.2. Get a narrow piece of emery cloth ( https://amzn.to/40Ckx3g )and put it over a narrow plastic scraper (https://amzn.to/40Ckx3g).3. With an up and down motion, sand the sealing surface on the interior of the spout.4. Get your new “Moen Cup Seal and Diverter Gate” ( https://amzn.to/40Ckx3g ) and make sure to orient the rubber seal correctly.5. Install the new “Moen Cup Seal and Diverter Gate” by pushing the diverter gate into the spout’s gate slot and then pushing the diverter handle down between the gate forks until the handle snaps back into place. Couldn't find these in any hardware store, so ended up buying this 3 pack. I only needed one, but it's all good. The only kind at the hardware stores are too square, and didn't fit, so I'm super-glad these worked. And they were way cheaper than a plumber, and it keeps the landlord out of our house, lol. Well worth it (and now we have back up, since we have horribly hard water, which is why it needed replacing in the first place)

Tried new unit and it did not divert the water to the shower head. Glad I didn’t throw away the plastic piece from the old diverter valve. I popped in one of the new rubber seals in my old plastic piece and it’s diverting almost all of the water, just a few drips from spout.

My shower started acting up and the water wasn’t pulling from the faucet to the shower head. I watched a you tube video, replaced this piece & all fixed! My husband was super impressed! Very easy to install. Great value for 3 (don’t need 3) but okay. Nice quality. It worked!

These fit our Moen tub faucet perfectly and have been working great to keep the water from leaking out. Also work smoothly and release after shutting off water. The old ones were leaky and hard to operate. Very easy to install.

Bought these to replace a malfunctioning diverter gate in a Kohler model 10588-CP tub spout in my house. The Kohler gate is a bit oddly-shaped. The "universal" diverter gate repair kits they sell at Lowes don't fit it (I tried) because they're too think to fit in the slot and the fingers that grab the post aren't long enough. This one has the needed long fingers, but was still a hair too thick. However, a couple minutes work with a file shaved it down to where it would fit. Installed it and the shower is working again!
