We needed to replace the shower handle and face plate, after we re-did the walls of our tub/shower. This shower handle was perfect. It installed easily to the Symmons connection/ valve we already had in the wall. It looks great and functions well.

I had to reorder a few times before the correct trim and valve were sent. After 2 weeks, the control valve stopped working. In general it works but not as well as I was hoping for. Maybe the quality has gone down. My last valve lasted 6 years.

Color is supposed to be brushed nickel. The one that we got looks more like it has a brassy yellowish cast. It doesn't really match. But we are keeping it. This is a very heavy piece, but that may turn out to be a good feature. We have had to tighten it up more than once. It is working well.
