The connectors worked very well. But the heat gun does not get hot enough to what it was intended to do. Disappointed. I used a torch.

Tricky to use but seem to work ok. Used them on a trailer in a spot where they would be exposed to moisture. I recommend practicing on a connection first.

The solder is not melting properly and do not stick to the wires.Try different methods and is good only for shrink.After the solder melting and shrinking, once is cold I can pull the wires out.

ive purchased these or this type before. These are far far better than your standard butt connector. If i have any complaints it would be that the solder in this particular kit doesnt melt quite as uniformly as in a previous set i had. Possibly this is aluminum solder versus actual lead solder. Over all im pleased...They work
