- Step 1: Disconnect the battery and choose the negative cable;

- Step 4: Reconnect the battery and check for correct operation.

This kill switch was very simple and easy to install rigid casing with easy connect threaded bolts and a quick power disconnect found it be very easy to operate with a good strong handle I believe it will make for a long durability on use of a tractor to kill power when not in use. Power disconnect is quick and crisp does not ark when disconnect is activated what brings extra safety to its operation.

I needed to add a 12v cut-off in my camper. At first, I purchased some of the large plastic box-based switches, but they looked very cheap and extended too far into the passenger area. I then purchased one of these units and not only is it much smaller, it looked great. It fits the rest of interior decor. I liked it so much I bought a second and used it for my inverter.

Used as disconnect on negative side of farm tractor battery. Very robust construction with solid click in off and on position. Little bulky, so make sure you have enough room for installation.
