Very simple and basic design to easily flatten and make dumplings. The folding-piece is great for making desserts (katayif) and makes them all even sized and helps prevent overstuffing. The flattening arm is great for many kinds of dough ideas, whether dumplings or even mini tortilla. Great tool to have in the kitchen when needed.

This 3-in-1 Dumpling Maker Press is an absolutely wonderful! I’ve used it to make dumplings, empanadas, ravioli, pierogies, and even hand pies, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The design is brilliant—it’s easy to use, and the adjustable press ensures perfect, uniform shapes every time. No more struggling to seal edges or worrying about filling spilling out!The durability is impressive, and it’s incredibly easy to clean, which is a huge plus. I love how versatile it is; it’s become my go-to tool for everything from savory dumplings to sweet dessert hand pies. It’s also a fun way to get the whole family involved in cooking—my kids love helping me press out the dough!Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting out, this dumpling maker press is a must-have. It saves so much time and makes the process enjoyable and stress-free.

This 3 in 1 dumpling maker has a very good design by having all the feature in a single tool. The plastic is good and does not feels cheap. It has a press feature to press the dough and after that to keep in the dumpling shape and press.Using it is easy, but for bigger hands it feels like a tiny kitchen toy. This may work better for kids or smaller hands and helps to save a lot of time with these features. However, the actual dumpling feature (Yellow colored with flap) has really a tight spot and is not comfortable to open and close easily. It could be an issue with the product I received and it is not so convenient to use. Also, on a smoother surfaces, we observed it may slide because of being plastic. You may have to use a cloth or rubber mat for it not to slide easily. The design works well, but some improvements like above are required.

How fun is this little kitchen toy/utensil!!!I am truly looking forward to making lots of treats with my family and to sharing them with others. The plastic is not super sturdy, so I am not sure how long it will last but for making a small volume of empanadas, dumplings, pierogi and other yummy goodies, but we shall enjoy it for the times that it does.

It's ok, I guess. Overpriced for what it is. There are no instructions, so you have to come back to the product page to watch the video. It really looks and feels like a lightweight child's toy.To use, you flatten the dough -- and that dough better be absolutely the right texture or it sticks -- onto one plastic round part with the handled part. It's sort of awkward and not very intuitive. Then you have to pick the dough up and move it to the crimped, divided part, which is pretty tiny. This seems more ravioli size than empanada size to me. For the formed boazi, you flatten the dough, then try to insert it in the small boazi mold, fill, pinch closed, then press on it with the palm of your hand. Then you hope the thing comes out of the mold. (Even the kid in the instruction video looks like she's bored by this whole process.). I don't see that this product saves any time when making empanadas with just a rolling pin, round cookie cutter, and fork or pastry wheel. As for the boazi mold, most Asian stores sell them in sets of three sizes for $3 a set.Now that I've seen and used it, it's something I would expect to pay about $5 for and even then would probably just give it to a child to keep them busy while I cooked.

I've not yet used this kitchen tool, but from playing with it for a while, making dumplings just got a whole lot easier. Can't wait to use it!

This is a nice little press. I wish it came with some instruction on how to use it so I would know all the uses for the different parts but otherwise it seals up my mini empanadas and does the job I wanted it to do. It cleans up easily too. Would recommend.
