This set works good, the back cuts the dough rounds and the top folds it to seal. I make my own dumpling hot water flour dough and I make it into small balls then roll them out. Use the backside of these to cut your round shapes or as I prefer, use a round cutter this size, place the round in the top but be sure to wet the edges first before filling, you can use a small brush and water but I mist the whole thing with a water spray bottle then fill and fold to seal, you get a much better seal with a spray of water. I also use a small ice cream scoop to get an exact amount of filling inside of each. They all look uniform and pretty. These are thin metal, they have a bit of wobble at the riveted hinges, not the most durable feel, they are on the flimsy side but they do work well and the price reflects the quality expectations.
