Being able to disconnect the chain saw for other uses is so convenient. Yes, it’s a capable pole saw. I like how the pole can be extended to a customizable length. The battery lasted a long time, but it would y hold a charge after sitting for se real months. But the saw can be disconnected for use as a small saw for other uses. How convenient! What a great bargain this pile saw combo is!

This pole saw is well-made and durable, and its overall quality is impressive. I’m satisfied with its performance and longevity. However, I encountered an issue where the chain came off a few times during use, which was a bit frustrating. It’s something to keep an eye on during operation.

Bought this to trim some trees around my house. The chain blade is sharp and it performs well. The chain did pop of a few times but that was due to me not letting the saw come up to full power (taken only a few seconds) before touching the branch to be cut. Lesson learned. When fully extended it is a little top heavy but still manageable. The only thing that I don't like about it is oiling the chain. This is not automic and you have to physically push the button to oil the chain. This is a hassle when the pole is fully extended and you have to cut several branches an have to stop what you are doing to oil the chain. What I love about it that the chainsaw detaches from the pole and makes it easy to cut up the branches into small pieces. The battery lasted me a about 3 hours of on and off use and charged fully in about 30 minutes. Overall, I like it and hope it lasts a long time.

After a few hours with the chain (included) I was already in need of a replacement. The dimensions of the chain are specific, my local hardware shops didn’t have any in stock, so if you do order be sure to order a couple of additional chains. I went with the company brand chain the secondary chains have held up ok.I’ve only used the saw for about a week.My main use is trimming crepe myrtles.Within the first day the alignment peg on the chain casing snapped. No big deal, it still works without it but it’s a little harder to line up the cover. The protective chain guard also snapped off after getting hung up on a branch. I would figure a safety feature would be more durable but again, it doesn’t stop the saw from working so I’ll just deal with it.Overall the quality is just cheap, but the price is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. There’s a good bit of power and grind when the battery is fully charged. It’ll chug for a few hours, but overall I’d likely recommend an alternative, maybe better known brand. The extension pole is pretty durable so far and it’s extends out to about 15 ft. Idk how much life I’ll get out of the saw itself which is kind of unfortunate but I guess you get what you pay for.

I've been looking at buying a pole saw for a while, but never wanted to spend the money to get a name brand one. I saw this one and it looked really good, the reviews were good and the price was right. I decided to get it, and I'm so happy I did. It is super easy to use. The quality of everything is pretty nice. It cuts through branches like butter. Seriously. I was cutting overhead branches 2" in diameter with no issue. and once you get the branches on the ground, you can take the saw off and use it as a hand held chainsaw to cut them into smaller pieces. The battery charges pretty fast and lasts a while. I used it to cut like 20-30 branches and it was still going strong. I never had to stop and charge it. Being that it is off brand I do worry about being able to get replacement parts such as batteries and customer service. Other than my own worries, this thing has been great. I really love it.

I was looking for a better tool with a decent reach to be able to trim back branches on trees. Previously, I only had seen/used the manual pole saws before. These manual pole saws work fine but it can be difficult to get enough leverage to cut branches at full extension.Having used this for several different jobs, it is a great tool. The chainsaw is strong enough to cut through decently thick branches with relative ease. The battery lasts long enough to complete most jobs that we would use it for to trim around the home. It is lightweight to allow for easy maneuverability but not too flimsy feeling. With the full length extension, I am able to reach a lot of different areas without needing to also use a ladder, which is convenient. Overall, I am pretty happy with this tool.

I will not return it, It does the job five minutes at a time, I have over an acre, and cleaning so I can install more lights in the country, I just make my old man put the chain back in, every five minutes. Literally! However it works, but chain comes off alot. But I still want it, my first toy of it's kind. It's durable for a bit, still want it everyone, it cut many branches.

I like this pole saw. The Long reach is quite nice and it is retractable to about 6 feet.I used it to cut several branches while standing on a ladder. The branches were ranging in diameter from 2 inches to 5 inches. And they were about 20 feet off the ground. Everything worked out fine. The pole saw is quite light and brightly colored, which is nice because I’m less likely to trip over it.I would like to get a second battery so that I’m able to charge one while using the Second one. Also, I like that there’s no need a proprietary charger contraption. It comes with a “Wall wart“ a.k.a. 12 Volt transformer that can be easily replaced. All in all, it fits the bill.
