crushes and mangles terminals one after another, I had to get through my build using a tool designed for a different connector series and return this on.

I have several strippers, crimpers, etc - and for some reason I didn't have the type of crimper that helped me double-roll weatherproof connectors. These fit the bill perfectly. They're the most common sizes and work great. They should provide years of trouble-free service, with a very comfortable grip.

Thought the teeth will chew on plastic coating of connectors, it effectively crimps the connector underneath. I tried 2 different connectors on 14 and 12 AWG wire and both crimped tighly and held securely. I was not able to tug wire out.The crimper does not give much leverage though and is probably overpriced for the function. (you can get kits that come with crimper and connectors for same price)No, Would not recommend.
