The pole segments attach easily. The saw is sharp and the hooks really help maneuver the limbs. This pole saw works perfectly.I would saw the pruner is a bit harder to use when at greater than 20 feet but that's not why I purchased the set.Nice storage bag and lite.Highly recommend.

Pole saw is easily assembled and is very sturdy and stable during use. The saw is very sharp and easily cut limbs quickly. The small trimmer is excellent for thin branches and cuts them off neatly with a pull of the very long rope included with the tool. The carry bag makes for easy transport. Excellent product.

PROS:1. The saws and pruner are very sharp and work well.2. The pole is easily put together.3. The handle has a good diameter and two grips where I want them (YMMV).CONS:1. Pole becomes shaky to very shaky past about two sections.2. Pole has some issues with unscrewing during us.3. Metal sections have not been deburred and are cut hazards.

This polesaw worked well. It works best at ~15 feet. It goes to 27, but the joints need some sort of latch or something. It's very unwieldy fully assembled. The fiberglass has a lot of flex to it at that point. The joints tend to get loose and then the saw swivels around. It makes getting a cut started at full extension pretty tricky. The saw cuts good once it gets started, but I couldn't it to even start on rotten branches above 20 feet.

This is a nice pole saw to use if you need to get some reach. Nice long sharp blade with end hook so you don't pull out of your cut. Took down some 6 inch limbs at around 25 foot high. Pole extensions are well made, nice diameter, and screw together tight. It does get heavy using all the extensions, but once it's rested on the limb your cutting, it's all just sawing motion. Great buy and worth the money.

This product works great. I just took it out of the box, put it together and took down a bunch of limbs 30 ft in the air. It's very wobbly at full extension at 27 ft, but that's to be expected. It's a lot to manage and if you're weak, I suggest you have two people to try to manage the pole at full extension. However, the saw is very sharp and made very quick work of these dead branches and small limbs. Make sure you screw each pole together completely to minimize the wobble.
