It came with a light missing. Looked like it had maybe been used. Tried to return it and have been unable to get it approved. I would never order this again.

It works great. My little muscle bound Frenchton cannot get too far away from me even though she is faster than lightening. And well it trains well as well by simply stopping all forward progress. She now has learned her distancing which makes walking more enjoyable. I also like the fact of the flashlight and the baggies just in case you know.

The first one I ordered only lasted a month. However, the seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement which has been working great. I wanted to wait to update this review because I wanted to use it for a few weeks to ensure my aggressive chewer wouldn't destroy it. I must say it's still in good shape and still works great.

Very nice,sturdy,durable,has a light and a bag container attached which is great and convient. But my mistake I ordered a large one this is a bit too large for my small dog, but will give it to my neighbors dog..

Update!!! Since writing my review, to my surprise, I received an email from the company. I’m changing my star rating from one star to five stars, because of their customer service. Although, the product was unsatisfactory…we were not able to use it any longer, however, this company stood behind their product and most of all behind their customer satisfaction. Even after the 30 day window for returns, I was offered a full refund. And of course, I accepted the full refund! This is a company that I would definitely give them another chance because of the value that they place not only in their products, but also in their customers.Below Is My First Review:This retractable leash worked for a couple weeks. All of a sudden it just stopped retracting. While in use, the leash would retract and twist inside of the unit. We tried getting it to work, but it just doesn’t work anymore. There’s no way to open it up and un-twist the leash. Unfortunately, I was not able to return it, because it was past the 30 day window for returns. I wrote to the seller, but I did not hear back from them.
