I have two 75 pound dogs. They have broken multiple leashes over the years. This product is so durable. I’ve had this leash little over a year and it still holds up so well. I love the fact that it is lightweight and has good length the cool thing to this product is that it has a flashlight on it so it makes it easy for you to keep sight of your fur baby at night.

It is not worth it. It’s been only two months and the locker has broken. I wish I could return it. Unfortunately money thrown out of the window.

I like the durability of this. I wanted to love the whole thing, but as far as function, was disappointed. The leash twists constantly causing it to catch and not retract properly.

We bought this leash to allow our young corgi puppy some freedom on our walks, training, and potty breaks. We love that the extendable leash goes so far! It is great for training, especially for practicing recall. Because the leash goes so far, it is also great for winter and rainy day potty breaks, when you need to let your pup out but you want to stay inside the door. The leash length allows you to stick your hand out the door while giving your dog a long enough space to find a good spot to "go" in.The leash is also thick (width wise), so you don't have to worry about your dog snapping the leash if they pull really hard for any reason. I don't think it could withstand any chewing from any size dog, but if that is controlled then it is very safe for any dog who will be on the leash.

I bought this leash for my 20 pounds puppy, a small cockapoo, in August 7th, 2024 and look!!! Thank goodness we were in a safe place when my puppy got excited over a squirrel, it easily ripped off and let him loose! I would have stopped working with this provider if I were Amazon! It could have been worse if we were in an open area!! I can’t even imagine it!!!

EDIT: the company stood behind their product and sent a new leash. The new leash has performed well and is easy enough for my 5 year old daughter to use with our puppy.Generally, it is a good design. However, the leash snagged is the handle and easily tore while we were walking our dog. The leash is now useless as the torn part ripped completely through and retracted inside the handle.

The product was great. The flashlight worked. It had a nice little supply of waste bags. I could pick up dog waste in the dark to see using the flashlight. That was until it dropped.It was pulled out of my hands by my large Belgium Malinois, and dragged across the parking lot. Now the door for the batteries won’t shut, and they all fell out.Also, it does have a retractable cord, but doesn’t always rewind. The line becomes tangled, and stops.This would be a perfect leash for a smaller dog that does not pull.

Leashes for our furry critters are one of those things you have to live with to decide what works and what doesn't. We've used this one for a few weeks, and I'm pleased with it. The integrated light is a pleasant surprise; it's handy in low light conditions, and well integrated. The retractable leash works well; the 'chew resistant' cable is about 3' of plastic coated wire cable, which doubles as well as a short connector for pet restraint (we used it in a golf cart to tether the dog to the seat while riding). Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
