The bundle of worms sent to me was nothing, absolutely nothing looking to what the description picture shows. There wasn't the amount of worms listed. Those that did come were tiny and some were dead.

I’ve ordered a variety of worms for my garden & compost over the years. “Uncle” does a great job but pretty pricey. I decided to take a chance on this seller because it was almost twice as many worms for the price. With a temperature over a 100, I admit I was a little worried (usps is notorious about leaving them on your stoop to fry). However, delighted to report worms arrived in great condition, surprisingly active even before re-hydrated and lots of them!! Put them in my compost bin & they got straight to work (or at least out of the light!) So, yes I absolutely recommend this seller & will definitely buy from them again!!

The vendor supplying these little red worms did a fine job packing and they all were happy to join my grow. I am great expectations for their health, growth and proliferation (babies)! I would expect a two % plus count to accommodate any worms that might not have made the transition but I Didn’t notice any dead worms. Great job

I received a package that stunk to high heaven, my roomates did not even want to bring it inside. I opened the box to find a white cloth sack, stained with red that had approximately 1/4 lb of dirt in it. The stain was because the worms were squished, crushed and dead at the bottom of the bag. The box was in perfect condition when it arrived so this was done before it was placed in the box. Not only were 90% of the worms dead due to crushing but there were NEVER anywhere NEAR 250 in that box. Maybe 50 max. DO NOT BUY!!!

Bought these to start a small worm farm on my third story balcony. Was sick of bringing dirt up and down those steps so I decided to essentially start making my own fertilizer. Bought a tout, drilled holes all over it, and tossed the worms in. We give them food scraps and paper products, and they give us worm casings and leachate. Which is great for our soil. The real cool part was when I got friends of mine interested in trying it - I just had to get a scoop of “dirt” out of my established worm farm to give them. Once they put that scoop in the container they planned to use for their farm, they were set. Primo fertilizer, and a limitless amount of bait for fishing. All from one purchase. If you enjoy gardening, you would be doing yourself a favor by looking up some videos on YouTube regarding vermiculture composting, and giving it a try yourself. It’s one of the few ways we can revitalize soil that’s been sapped of nutrients, and can save you a ton of money if you buy a lot of fertilizer.

1 year after purchasing 250 red wigglers they are multipling and living a good life. I harvested atleast 20 cups of castings back in fall when planting my garlic. Spring is right around the corner and I can tell my garlic loves the castings I added to each bulb when planting. Lush growth already! I think I will harvest at least 30 cups of castings for my spring garden. I keep them in a tote with lots of drainage holes. That tote sits inside another tote of the same size. I put 4 small maybe 2"tall clay pots between the 2 totes. That way the tote would be able to hold atleast 2 inches of worm pee and drippings from the soil and worms. Once it warms up enough I will throw a handful or 2 of worms and worm bedding into my outside compost bin and let those guys have at it! Can't wait. Lol. Would def buy from the company again. These worms are so easy to care for. I DID notice a mass exodus 8 months ago. They were trying to excape but I realized it was FULL of worm pee! Emptied my bottom tote out. I dilluted it and poured on potted plants. After that problem all has been well.

I was worried about shipping these to Arizona, going into the hot weather, but the day they arrived it was overcast & 80s and the little worms were red, wiggling, happy little clump with no smell! Typically when you have worms, i.e. fishing, the container is kind of gross smelling and worms lethargic. Not so with Nature's Little Recyclers!! In the cloth bag, wrapped in newspaper, in a medium square box they were alive & well, and also came with a card on how it all works & were to get "caviar compost". I was anxious to get them in our compost box (old ;arge Rubbermaid Garden Tool lift-the-lid storage tote) and dropped them in. Didn't count one by one but with the naked eye in groups of 10 / seemed like a lot of worms. They started to work on my compost right away (previously beetle larva was the only thing in there) and soon after my compost is churning into dark crumbly fantastic soil! SO HapPY! I would definitely buy from them again ... and probably will do so in October!! THANK YOU!!
