Good transformer, bad terminals and low grade screws. All three screws stripped and wouldn't tighten when barely making a 16th of a turn. Very little material for the screws to grab onto. Go with another transformer, this one has poor design components.

A little bulky and heavy . Designed to pretty much stay with the electrical receptacle. Screws to cover center screw so it won’t fall out of receptacle.

I installed this to power up 2x Unifi doorbells (1x G4 Pro Wifi and 1x G4). The previous power supply I was using wasn't powerful enough and so I upgraded to a 24v 40VAC version of this same power supply which still wasn't enough to initialize the G4 Pro while the G4 was already powered up. I initialized the G4 Pro separately and the 40VAC seemed barely able to keep up with the power requirements (the green light was fading in and out during boot up and then would stabilize).After upgrading to this 50VAC it seems that we now have enough power to drive both doorbells with voltage to spare. It seems like a good price for what you get and the fuse automatically resets if it gets overloaded unlike the one I was using previously (which was wired directly into my breaker box on a dedicated breaker and looked both ugly and dangerous).I didn't experience the terminals issue that apparently other people were having trouble with, however if I was trying to document a complaint or two, I'd say that by default these seem to run a bit hot (voltage, not temp). My doorbells are pulling between 27v and 28v regularly which I was not expecting when fully powering 2x doorbells (the documentation says that it'll run up to 28v on an empty line but my line is anything but "empty"). I'm sure there are lots of pros and cons to a device that runs hot like this so I'm not going to pretend to be an electrician and think too hard about it. The second thing that I'd complain about (again, IF there is any complaint to be made at this price point) is that the top screw that holds the transformer in place comes affixed to the transformer with a retention ring that can't be removed. In order to remote the screw, you need to break the retention ring. With my setup, I couldn't install it with the screw so I was forced to break the retention ring.

Used this transformer for RING video doorbells. Very easy to install and works great with RING products. Supplies more than adequate power at quite a distance away.

Picked this transformer and it's form factor to fix a honeywell HE360A Humidifier. The transformer mounted on the board of the humidifier is a know issue that it burns up and basically your humidifier won't work and a replacement board is $125 and it will fail again.I picked this one up because of it higher power than regular transformers and I chose this form factor because I have an outlet on my furnace for accessories.Btw if you're looking to fix your Honeywell HE360A Humidifier all you have to do is get a 2 wire cable and connect the outer terminals in the transformer for 24v and connects them to the 2 red wires in the humidifier, polarity is not important and your humidifier should work.
