Grind the Coffee
Use freshly roasted coffee beans and grind them to a fine consistency. The grind size is crucial for a good espresso. The amount of coffee needed typically 18-20 grams for a double shot.

Dose and Tamp
Distribute the coffee evenly in the portafilter. Use a tamper to press down the coffee grounds with consistent pressure. A level and firm tamp is crucial for even extraction.

Extract the Espresso
Aim for an extraction time of about 25-30 seconds for a double shot. The final volume should be around 1-2 ounces (30-60 ml).

Steam the Milk
Stretch the milk by keeping the steam wand just below the surface to create foam. Once the milk starts to expand, lower the steam wand deeper into the milk to heat it. Temperature of around 150-155°F.

It’s perfect! Great quality, and makes great espresso. We only have small counter space and I’m so happy it doesn’t take up much room. Please note: It doesn’t say in the directions but you need to bleed it before you make a cup. You bleed it through the steam for 30 seconds then you can make your first cup. The only downside would be how loud it is. But other than that, great product and great for the price.

For the beginner like me, with just a press of a button, I can brew a fresh shot of espresso.it’s satisfying to get café-style results at home without too much effort.
