This welding gun is very fast and effective.
Practice on some pieces of plastic first to know how long to hold the gun otherwise you will right through it. Once placing the staple, wait 20 or seconds and let the plastic cool down before removing the gun from the staple otherwise you will pull the staple back out.
You need a little experience and then things are even more solid than new. The power of this gun is necessary to get the staples into the plastic quickly and well.

Received today as stated. Upon inspection I believe this is the kit to get. At 200 watts you can do what you set up to do quickly. The assortment of clips is plentiful, and the gauge of them are stronger and a little thicker which will produce a stronger bond. The case is nice and the snips are a plus. It includes a good amount of sand paper. Like I said, probably the kit to get. At $20 for 200 watts of soldering heat enough said.

this thing works great!! repaired a fairing from the inside after gluing crack with ABS glue than reinforced it from tha back with three of these staples. Tried to break the joint and could not. Sanded, filled and painted it is structurally better than new. Broke a fairing on a parts bike to see how much force was needed to crack the mirror mount. Didnt take much. Put four of these in the back behind the crack. Could not rebreak the part again. Have used on multiple other applications. This thing is great!!!!

The gun works good , gears the clips quickly. Nice assortment of clips to choose from. It's an inexpensive wat to fix plastic items. Quality is Chinese so how long it's lasts remains to be seen.

Super easy to use. Heats up really fast. Comes with a lot of pins. It also comes with a pair of wire cutters for nipping the ends of the pins with, but I wasn’t able to nip them close enough so I ended up sanding the pins down with my dremel. Works really well and I’m super happy with the results. I’ve fixed a bunch of things so far.

I accidentally burn myself thinking it wouldn’t head up that fast but yup it did. As soon as you press that trigger it almost instantly gets hot. I like the quality of this product and the number of staples it came with compared to the other brands. It comes in a case, metal clippers, a ton of staples and sandpaper. I didn’t really need to read the instructions but they are in there for your entertainment. Within a week of getting it I’ve repaired a number of things as well as brand my finger with it. If you are like me and don’t want to spend hundreds to replace thing but need the items fixed then this is a helpful tool to repair them.I recommend watching a few videos on how to plastic weld before starting on your journey of repairing plastic.As a DYIer: I recommend this product!
