It is great to have the ability to string my lights wherever it want them with these moveable light mounts. Very handy indeed!

I have been using trees and random low garden trellis for my 25ft long string lights. It didn't look the best. When I saw this, I hoped it would work and bring my lights up higher and look more stable. It worked great. The assembly was easy. There were no instructions which was annoying. There were left over parts. We did have to use the video of this to double check and realized the extra parts were to use for those who are combining with a fence. It is pretty versatile. We shall see if it lasts both the hot summer and Midwest winters.

I got two packs of these String Light Poles and have encountered no issues after several months of use. The poles were easy to install, offering both lawn and fence mounting options to suit various needs. I chose to insert the poles directly into the ground, where they remained stable and upright, thanks to the five spikes and an additional side support rod. The poles' height is sufficient to keep the string lights well above head level, ensuring they don't obstruct the path, even when taller guests come by. The included hooks are handy for hanging extra lights during special events, and I've noticed no rusting to date. Overall, I am pleased with the String Light Poles and would recommend them.

2 Pack String Light Poles for Outside (9.8FT). The 16.5- inch pole sections can be screwed together to any height up to 9.8- feet. The package comes with hardware to attach to a wood surface such as fencing and decking or the cross forks on the bottom to push into the ground. The cross forks are 8- inches long with a diameter of 11- inches, providing a good base support when pushed flush with the ground. There is a 46- inch pointed rod provided as a hinged angle support to attach to the main pole and then drive into the ground at whatever depth you feel is needed to provide stability. I felt the pole to be secure without it, though with the full height of the pole, it had a little wobble to it, but nothing I would be worried about. If a severe storm came through, I would remove the lights, but I think the pole would be fine. At the top of the poles are ‘u’ hooks to drape the light string or garland in and hooks which screw tight to the pole that can be attached at any point on the pole to hang additional lighting or decorations. I really like these poles and will probably order another set or 2 to be able to provide a surround for our back patio.

Boy oh boy these string light poles are tall, they lift the string lights way up out of your way. These poles are very sturdy and made from a heavy duty steel pipe. These poles screw together in 7 sections, each section simply screws into the next, it is a very easy process to put together. Each pole should take you about 4 minutes to construct. These poles also come with an additional set of hooks, that you can screw onto the pole at what ever height, see photos attached, they can be used to hang some potted plants or hold a bag if you place them near your seating area. The top pole is a simple big C shape that makes it very easy to grab a string light and lift it up much higher. The base is made up of 5 spikes, that gives you excellent grab into the soil. These poles also come with an additional smaller supporting pole that attaches to the side of the main pole if you feel the need for it, but from working with these poles so far I do not think you will need that smaller extra support pole. These poles are easy to put together but I did notice that when you are screwing 2 sections together, be gentle with them, if you have the screw thread lined up correctly between sections it will screw together easily, if you are feeling some resistance, that means you have not got it lined up correctly, so you will want to unscrew and start again. It is not a big deal, you will get a feel for it as you screw the sections together. Each pole is made up of the base spike section, 5 pole sections and the top C hook shaped section, so 7 pieces in total to make a pole. They are fairly light weight to move around, you will not need another person to help you carry them. The overall quality of these poles is good, they fit together easily and the pole when completed is sturdy and should do its job well. I am happy with these poles, I will put them in their new homes once this snow melts and the ground thaws but so far so good.
