They came folded, very hard to pull them out into shape, and also hard to fold them back. Water retention is all good.

The bottle collapsed at a strange angle when the water was used making it hard to use the built in tap. I finally emptied it through the big opening. It was also heavy to transport with the built in handle because of the weight. These are my initial findings. I have just purchased them and I am still using them.

These collapsible water jugs are great for emergency water supplies, camping, road trips, etc. Most of the time they're folded up and out of the way, but we fill 'em up whenever there's even a small chance they might be needed. We also keep a supply of water purification tablets on hand just in case the water source is questionable.

Originally I thought, for the price, these are going to tear, leak, etc, etc, .But to my suprise they are actually pretty sturdy all things considered.I take time to write this because for the price I paid, I am getting valuefor my money. While the idea of a handle on a 5 gallon bag of water issemi comical, these handles are actually semi rigid. They flex, that wouldbe my only concern so far. The spigot works just fine, don't expect tofill the pot with water in 5 seconds, oh, and use the handle to press downon the bag when you open the spigot, remember, no vent. The localwater company is a joke here, so I always like to keep fresh water availablefor any occasion here at the house. These bags recieve my vote.

These are great to have on hand with all of the crazy weather these days. They are affordable and very easy to use. I filtered my water prior to filling them up, so I found it easier to use a funnel for faster fill up. They store easily in a pantry or cabinet. I feel great knowing I have back up n case of an emergency. They are sturdy and flexible, so I don't have concerns about any leaking. Thank you!
