These jugs came in handy while camping. It saved us from having to go to the potable water part of the campground during our entire stay. They do not take up much space or weigh much, which is perfect. The plastic is thick enough, so I was not worried about it ripping, but not too thick to the point where it will not collapse again after initial use.

This review is for: ASEVAT 2 Pcs, 5.3Gallons Collapsible Water Container with Spigot, BPA Free Camping Water JugI ordered these water jugs for us to use during campouts. They are easily collapsed and seem to hold water well. I filled one of the jugs up and let it sit for about 45 minutes. There was no leakage noted.I then opened the spout because I wanted to see how the jug would behave with decreasing volume. The water flowed nicely from the spout until it was almost empty, there must have been less than a gallon left in the jug when I noticed decreased water flow.I do recommend not moving it until you plan to refill it. As the jug collapsed as it emptied- it kinda molded to the area I had it sitting over my sink. Which is a good thing. I don't recommend really moving it around too much until you plan to refill it. Once I moved it, it had an indent from where it hung over my sink and the with a small amount of water left in the jug, the indent was not easy to remove. This is not something permanent. It fills out once it is refilled. My plans for this is just for extra water while camping. Our children are in scouting and I am an adult leader. We camp about 8 times per year, and for the most part we need to bring ALL of our own water. We can use this just for water, but it will also function as a hand wash station if we wanted to use it that way. The campgrounds we visit usually do not have sinks. The container seems durable and there is a nice red loop to help while carrying/repositioning it.I am happy with this product.

Decided to fill these up as a precaution for winter storm coming and glad I did. City had water line rupture and this cut down on having to boil water in the beginning. Spigot works well and had no leaks over several days. Waited for boiled water to cool before placing in containers. Easy to collapse and save room when not in use.

These water jugs are nicely made. They fold flat for storage and save space in your vehicle for squeezing in every imaginable thing you could want to take on your next camping trip. We tested them in the house to ensure they don't leak (which they don't) but the true test will be our first camping trip when the weather warms up!

These are, for us, an emergency item (think water for when you have access to a source but know you might lose it). These are incredibly heavy duty LDPE - it’s even kind of hard to unfold them - but they’re compact enough to throw in a drawer or near an emergency bag (the size we bought is a little too big for our “go” bag though).I always test my gear before storing it for emergencies and this held water - no leaks - except the spigot, which dribbled a little. Maybe it’s how I turned it? The spigot’s on the top, though, so you don’t really use it anyway unless you tilt the handle toward the side, which is easy enough to do and a bit of dribble doesn’t matter. The handle is really really heavy duty, so tilting to use the spigot wasn’t a big deal. This can take it.The only thing to plan for, if you’re gonna use this a lot, is dry-time. It does take a while to dry it out so you can fold it back up. Maybe someone could find a better way than I have of drying it out, but as of now, I’m just gonna let it sit out with the cap off until it air dries. But that’s kind of an issue with any jug or bottle; they hold a lot and take a while to dry out. It’s a LOT heavier duty product than I was expecting!!!

These are excellent collapsing water jugs. Thick soft plastic, big, and easy to fold down and open back up. We keep them handy for weather emergencies. They come with a red plastic drawstring so you can easily pull them back open after they’ve been collapsed. My only wish is that the water flow was a little faster, but it’s still goo!
