The first time I used this tool to remover bearings out of a motorcycle case the small the jaws on the small puller bent. Also the jumps between sizes makes it hard to get the right size for several of the bearings I needed to remove. I have to grind the ends of the jaws so they were thin enough to get behind the bearings I was trying to pull.

When I first opened the box, the contents were mismatched and loose in the box. The box is probably strong enough but rough handling in shipping will cause these rather heavy steel items to slide loose from their internal holes. It had no effect on the tools, they looked fine. I used them to pull and replace bearings in a mini lathe and they worked well.

This set was ordered to remove a stubborn outside race on a BMW motorcycle final drive. It was just the ticket and worked perfectly fine. It comes with both a threaded press and a slide hammer so the versatility is there from a tool and size standpoint.I'm pretty sure the set I received was used. The case is all cracked with finger grease inside everywhere. It arrived loose in a cardboard box with the pieces falling out so I'm shocked it was complete because the shipping box had a flap open. In the end, the thing worked but when you pay for something, you want to know it's yours.

The tool works really well for pulling bearings. Lots of options and will be really helpful for my projects. I want to say that I have a lot of cheap toolkits like this and most of them come with the worst cheap crappy cases. This one is no different, except that it's absolutely the nicest cheap crappy case I've gotten so far. The closure tabs are actually quality and snap closed when you need to put the tool away. A very nice touch for an inexpensive useful tool set.

I have used this tool multiple times and have found it to work very well. The tool has been very reliable and does as described. I have removed very small and hard to reach bearing that have been pressed into a cavity. I have used it on crank bearings on a motorcycle and it worked fantastic also. So, if you need to remove a bearing this tool is a great value for the money! It simply works!
