I like to garden year-round, and trimming plants and getting them good to go can be a bit of a hassle. However, with this leaf trimmer, it will work for so many things and it came at the perfect time as I had some items to trim up.The cost of the trimmer at the time of review is $349.99I love that it comes completely assembled so there is no room for error when you first start using the system. Now please note it is not light so bear this in mind if you struggle with mobility or lifting of any kind. The silicone tray is nice but I do wish it had the net design there similar styles had as it would be easier to collect the trimming, and there would be less of a mess. I love that the blades are stainless steel as they will hold up very well for quite some time. Now be very careful these are very sharp and not to be messed around with more than adjusting the blade. I also really like that the handle folds flat for easy storage when not in use.Now I gave this a run with some dried herbs that I needed to deal with, it can take me 2-3 hours to gather it all and trim it all up. That is in the past, between gathering them, trimming them, and labeling them I spent a 1-hour last night. And with being able to control that size of the trimming this came in handy for the 3 herbs I tested. The dill cut up very quickly and nicely and was on the standard setting. The parsley I adjusted to get a larger chunk and it worked great, the basil was on the same setting and it worked like a dream. You do not need to put any major force into using the system. You can turn it clockwise, or counterclockwise. I tried both on each and I found it helped prevent anything from being left behind. Now if you are using it for gardening/herbs great news the silicone is food grade, making it safe for food items.Now this system will work great for buds as well, though be careful what setting you use or it won't be a trimmer but a grinder of sorts lol. But it will definitely speed that process up when I have a plant to harvest. I am actually quite excited as that process once partly dried can take up to 6 hours by hand, if it is anything like the herbs I'm looking at a way faster process.Now the instructions take you step by step through the process from assemble to use, use the assemble to help clean the unit and keep it in good shape especially if you are using wet clippings. Overall for the cost and how well it works, this is a great unit and very high quality.

The trimmer wants to keep spinning so once you have it started, it's very easy to keep it going.. it won't wear you out. It's stainless steel so it's safe and also easy to clean.I really like the bottom silicone plate/bowl that catches all of the junk.It is large and you will need space to store it... if I circle my arms around it, they don't touch... so that's just a rough estimate of how big it is.At the time of this review, this bud trimmer was $349.99 and I think that's a fair deal if you're really in the need for timing large amounts of bud. Excellent quality.

So right now all I could use was dry matter from a plant I had to chop due to moving. It was mostly sticks with stunted buds so I wasn't sure how it would work.It was awesome! left the dry plate in there and just put it in straight out of the box without adjusting and it trimmed it perfectly and left all the sticks behind. Of course leaves went with it since they were small but that was to be expected and I had been using them anyway as filler.What I was left with in this case of them being so dry as they were hanging for a while was very much like milled flower that you can buy. I was happy with it.Very simple to use and easy to clean. This thing is a beast and I can't wait to try it on wet plant.In the pic with the sticks, that is only a small portion of what it cleaned up. I just wanted to point some out in the pic.Highly recommend. It is expensive but in the long term I believe will save you a lot of time.

Tried this nicely made trimmer for my buds. No matter what I did, it hardly trimmed much at all. Tried adjusting the underblade height, rotating at different speed etc. The blade is just too far from the top surface the buds roll on. Returned the trimmer.

Should of bought this a while ago. Works great as long as it's dry enough. Kinda wish I got the one with the motor and unloading door on front.

This 16-inch bowl trimmer by Yezfarm, is a great way to trim the leaf from plant material, if you’re willing to give up a little appearance for speed and effort. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.I. Quality – It’s made from what appears to be good quality materials that should last a long time.II. Functionality – It works very good, finishing the task quickly without excess effort. The finished product looks a little beat-up, but all of these machines will do that. This is an effective way to process a large amount of material in a shorter amount of time without the cost of a fully motorized process. It works very well at its intended purpose as well as one of these machines can.Overall, it’s a well-made machine that has works very good, leaving me happy with my choice. If you have enough material to sacrifice some appearance for speed and reduced effort, then this might be a great choice for your needs. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it.You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. I have used several trimming bowls and I can say this one works best but I am no fan of them unless processing pounds of product. I put a lot of work into my flowers and I have yet to find a method that gives results as nice as good old scissors. If you are in a position to process a lot of product or do not care about how the buds look as much as I do then this trimmer bowl is for you. I will say again it is the best bowl trimer I have used so far. 5 STARS
