See if you can tell which is the OEM and which is this one in the picture. The original Byrd one is on the right. These are a perfect fit, and work great!

Yes, these are great improvement. I’ll never go back. But, be careful not to drop tools as the inserts chip easily. I also find that even when they still look sharp, or even after I’ve tried to sharpen one with a Diamond some, they just don’t cut as well. Now i replace them after doing 6 or 8 large pieces.
