Purchased to assist heating 110 volt hot tub. It used to heat about 1 degree per hour, adding this heater jumped to about 3 degrees per hour. Great purchase would definitely recommend.

Do not use this outdoors. The temperature controller is not weatherproof and will fog up and fail quickly.

Great heater I have a 2000 gallon pond and it keeps the temperature exactly where I need it without any struggles. Took about 24 hours to get it from 50-64 degrees •F. This heater was a life saver

I used this to heat the baptismal pool at my church overnight. It’s safe and performed as described. WARNING: the heating element gets very hot to touch once activated. I would by again.

Yes, it heats water. But it's incredibly slow and its usefulness is questionable. The instructions are scant and not very helpful; this uses a separate temperature shut-off and restart device that's hard to understand and without any real directions. I can use it but I would not really recommend it.
