Warnings Tips:

  • Before using, ensure the water level is sufficient and the immersible water heater is fully submerged before plugging it in.
  • If the power cord is too short, use a heavy-duty extension cord in good condition (not worn or damaged).
  • Do NOT touch water during use. Please unplug the power plug before touching the water.
  • Due to water quality reasons, after repeated use of the water heater, the surface of the heating tube will produce scale, affecting the heating effect, please use the steel ball to clean up in time.
  • Please read the instructions and precautions carefully before using the electric immersion water heater.

Here are several unsafe/misuse scenarios involving electric immersion water heaters

  • Dry Boiling Without Water Immersion or Partial Submersion

Risk: Operating the device without fully submerging the heating coil in liquid.

Consequence: Rapid overheating, melting of internal components, and potential fire ignition.

  • Using Non-Heat-Resistant Containers

Example: Glass jars, plastic cups, or thin-walled metal pots not rated for high temperatures.

Hazard: Container cracking/spilling boiling water or leaching toxic chemicals (e.g., BPA from plastics).

  • Overloading Electrical Circuits

Violation: Plugging multiple high-wattage devices (e.g., microwave + heater) into the same 15-amp household circuit.

Result: Circuit breaker tripping, wire insulation damage, or outlet fires.

  • Unattended Operation

Negligence: Leaving the heater active while sleeping or away from the immediate area.

Outcome: Delayed response to boiling over, leaks, or smoke emission.

  • Voltage Incompatibility

Mistake: Connecting 220V-designed units to U.S. 120V outlets (or vice versa) without a converter.

Danger: Power surges, accelerated wear, or instant burnout.

Works at intended. I use this for several reasons. Added heat for bathtub, heat water during winter for farm animals and to heat water for defeathering chickens (165 degrees). And I have forgotten about it and found water boiling.

We had a kiddie pool of 3x4. We thought two of these, put it in the pool for 3.5 hours and only got 1* warmer, but then again it was 88* outside under the sun. These are worthless and does no good. What a waste of time and money.

No me gustó porque se tarda mucho para calentar una piscina inflable

This is a great way to warm up the hot tub faster & essentially use a little less electricity than letting it warm all the way up on its own. The only thing I would like is if the cord were a little longer, but I suppose it helps keep in check not to submerge it too far.

I have used more than a few immersion heaters due to our hot water tank being a bit older. This is a really good example of what a well made one can accomplish. It heats water at a decent rate, and is very durable. It's not going to be instant hot water but it can heat a large tote of water in a fairly short time to a usable temperature.Like many immersion heaters, if you have hard water issues in your area, be ready to clean this regularly or else the mineral deposits it gathers slowly will overwhelm it and possible destroy it (has happened a few times when I was not well versed with them). Either clean it every use or be ready to use some vinegar and hot water on it every couple of weeks depending on how often you use it.Overall this is a great heater and I highly recommend it. The included thermometer which is not always a guarantee also works well.

My hot water tank went up and I ordered this to heat my cold dish water and to take a shower with a bucket. Works very fast and can get water VERY hot. Love it.
