Not all comparable propane heaters are heavier duty and sturdy like this one. Just in case you accidentally bump into it you don’t have to worry that it will break. That being said, you might want to rework the sturdy wire bracket slightly so that it attaches to the rim of your 20# tank better. But, this is a well made propane heater that does a good job, at up to 15,000 btu’s, keeping me warm in my uninsullated workshop that has some drafts in it. So, I’m not worried about any fumes produced and it being unvented. If, you’re worried about fumes you can always get a battery operated carbon monoxide monitor for cheap. But, in either case, you will be able to keep warm and won’t freeze. LOL.

I used one of these in my 9' X 12' tent with temps down into the high 40's. It warmed the tent up quickly and we had to turn it off after only 15 minutes. My brother has one we use in his 12' X 18' Wall Tent. It takes about 20 minutes to heat up his tent to a comfortable temperature even when the outside temps are in the 30's.They are easy to light and relight with the push button start as well as match or lighter.

I have an insulated 4-man portable ice fishing tent and even on the lowest setting I stayed very warm considering temps were below zero outside.

I bought this for my camping. Really awesome. It heat's up very fast, even inside the tent, you wont need a blanket if you are using this. But we have to turn it off for every half hour and switch it back on for 15 mins. We really didn't felt the cold weather in the fall season. I would recommend this product.

The single burner is simple and quite effective. It lights easily with a long wand butane lighter. It puts out good heat for a couple of people. The single burner is quite directional, so if you need a wider heat path, the double burner would work better, but I needed something more space conservative like the single burner. Good price and value.

Have it in 9x12 lightly insulated steel shed. When it's -30 outside it's +40 inside when set on low. Easy on propane. First bottle lasted 3 weeks. Great buy. Gonna get another one for the outbuilding.
