I bought this and when i opened it up it didn’t even have the hand rails in it. This product was to expensive to not have the right hardware. I want my money back. I emailed the company and haven’t heard anything back.

I am very pleased with this handrail. Take your time and install it well and you could literally hang on it. The brackets are cast, not stamped, so they are very strong. It has a smooth, matte black finish and a simple, square-end style that matches our house well. The aluminum construction should never rust.Each bracket has only one anchor hole, so installation was pretty simple. I only had to drill two holes. The brackets attach anywhere along the handrail with the self-tapping screws included. I used the large wall anchor screws included, but I substituted 1/2” dia. lead lag screw shields in place of the plastic anchors. I trust metal anchors more when attaching to brick. I was careful to locate the brackets where the anchor holes lined up with a mortar line. I’ve always had better results drilling and anchoring into mortar itself, not the brick.The handrail came fast and was well packed. I’d highly recommend it!

I purchased the 7 ft rail which is shipped as two 3.5 ft sections and four supports.I did not space supports evenly along the 7 ft length as the two sections are not designed to be rigid when connected. I positioned the supports at about 5 inches from the end of each section. This ensured the rail was rigid. The quality of the rail and hardware are good. I had to think through exactly how high to position the rail, and how to mount. In the end I attached the bottom and top supports first, and then used a straight edge to ensure the two sections were perfectly aligned before marking the position of the middle two supports. Handrail is attached to a block wall, is very secure, and I am very pleased with its looks and function.

Loved these rails. Easy to install since you can put brackets anywhere in rail to ensure you find a stud. Only drawback is the slickness of the rail makes it kind of tough to get a grip on. Moderately priced.
